Is the educator in the top photo auditioning for Devo?

The devi jacket is monumentally, stupendously, breathtakingly ugly. I would not buy that if it was in the loot section for $5.

If the designers want to bring back the 80s, it should only be the sexy parts.

Maybe it should be the Devo jacket instead.

Thank you lulu, for helping me not spend my money on more lulu clothes this season! Nothing has really caught my eye since my "I Am Great" tote in Loot/my Run:Energy Pullover - which I purchased over 2 months ago.

Okay so the Devi jacket in black almost looks good on the Educator with the black leggings on in the second photo. But the Devi Jacket and Pant combo should NEVER be done EVER again. That top photo actually made me want to avoid Lulu till this strange design phase they are going through is over..... What happened to nice jackets like Velocity????

Oh dear, that jacket is just awful!!!!! I do like the run for fun top. That is cute. I agree with you on the limited colour palette. I'm already tired of most of the colours out!

I'm not too keen on the devo jacket, thanks for putting up the colour palette.

Okay so I actually tried on the Devi jacket, pant and crop. Both the pant and the crop are absolutely horrible and they look even worse when paired with the matching jacket. But oddly enough with the jacket by itself in the darker colors (grey or black) and if you cinch in the waist of the jacket and wear it with jeans or wonder unders it's actually pretty cute. I would like it more if there was a fitted band on the bottom to make it longer and snugger. I couldn't validate the price but I would buy it on sale. It has the circle mesh silversent lining which I have always thought feels really nice against skin (I have the Track and Field jacket which is the exact same material inside and out as the Devi and I love it for running and a spring jacket.) The only large issue I saw with the Devi jacket is that it is soooo short in the body that it wouldn't be good for any sport I can think of. Just walking around the changing area it was riding up to my waist line and bunching in the back.
