Ambassador Photos - Lots of Outfit Ideas

These Ambassador photos have so many cute ideas for outfits. I think I love the lime and lavender combos the best. What I think is interesting is that all the educators and people featured in facebook photos/website are young women in their 20s for the most part but the ambassadors are women (and men) in their 30s and beyond.

I don't think someone in their 30s or 40s would want a retail job as an educator that pays $8.50 an hour.

You'd be surprised. There are educators at my store who are in their 30s & 40s. A lot of stay at home moms will do it for some extra pocket money. Plus lululemon pays for studio classes - not an insignificant perk.I considered it just for the discount on the clothes but then figured I would eat up my entire paycheck plus extra buying clothes.

I've considered it and I'm nearly 40. Free studio classes, clothing discounts (and the majority of my clothing budget it spent at Lulu anyway), and I think they offer some benefits if you're full time. I currently have a desk job that I hate, so sometimes I think it would be worth the trade off ... less money, but also less stress and a better (at least in theory) work environment.

3 years ago, they paid $10 plus commission if you made your "goal for the day". FT got 60% off, PT got 40%. It is great for some extra $$, if you can see past the Brian Tracy library and some superficial quirks.

I think they still pay $10, but may have ditched individual commissions and now they give bonuses to all employees if they store makes its sales goal for the month.

The fact that they give FT employees a 60% discount says a lot about how much their stuff is marked up though. Wow.

I think in general you can assume that anything you buy retail is 100% marked up if not more...

Went to my local store today and they had the halter hoodie. A very strange item... It is a pullover, french terry, sleeveless with very large armholes and a hood. I think a couple colors had the flashback stripe on the cuff that is around the waist. The lulu logo is built into the front somewhat like the stride.

Not sure where and why you would wear this. The arm holes look so large that whatever you have underneath will show. For me, too sloppy plus I don't like pullovers.

Ho hum for me lately... I like the look of the green gather and crow crops but I would want a green tank and currently there is nothing I like on the rack. Seems as though the tanks are suffering at the moment...

Is the two angel blue tanks shown in two of the pictures the Push Ur Limits tank? I wasn't a fan of it because it reminds me too much of the swift but it really looks cute on these two ladies and I need an angel tank that isn't a CRB (I already have that).

Yes, the Angel tanks are Push UR Limits tanks. I included them because they looked so nice on the women modeling them.

Thanks for the recommendation. I have tried it on and loved the feel of it but didn't like the stripes. If it were a solid color I would already own it. You like the striping on the sides? I like the Run: Zoom Singlet but didn't like the angel/grey stripe combo. I am thinking I may it or try the new Run: Energy SL in angel with grey stripe. I don't own one of those yet. Oh, what to do, too many decisions to make.
