Run: With It Vest in the Potion/Savage Foxy Plaid
Bliss Tank and Move Me Pant (?) - This girl makes the outfit looks so cool and comfy. The words 'daytime pajamas' come to mind. Mmmm.
Tank on the left is "vintage" Lululemon. It looks like it could be a Repose or Spark Tank. I love the green. Maybe the color can make a come back even if the style doesn't.

Funny-- i was thinking after i saw my potion hat -- how awesome a jacket would be in the foxy plaid print --sadly -- this is not it!! hopefully something else will crop up in it!!
potion purple and savage green run swiftly tees were available in western canada last week so they do exist :)
Hey all -- Gilt Group is having a fitness sale with Beyond Yoga and So low apparel -- some basic nice things -- sale is only 48 hours -- stuff generally half off

My savage green sunblocker hoodie arrived today. Was hoping I wouldn't like it as it is pricey for what it is. Unfortunately, I like it quite a bit. The color has a lot to do with it. But I also like how I can pull it over my bum (I'm 5'6") and I love the white trim and taping detail at the snap front. I also think that this one is much more flattering on than the crew neck version.
Other dilemma: I've tried on the size 4 and 6 savasana wraps I ordered over and over again and can't decide which one to go with. I could easily wear either size. 4: arms are definately snug but less bulk/fabric around the middle. 6: arms not snug but just a pinch more fabric around the middle than I really need. Length pretty much the same on both. Thoughts?
@momof5 - thanks for the Gilt heads up. Too bad I don't like any of the colors. I can't really use purple leggings. I was also hoping for more of the Bermuda Shorts. I like mine even though they take 3x as long as lululemon to hang dry.
@pilatemom - It's good to know the Sunblocker pullover fits better than the shirt but the $40 price difference between the pullover and shirt is daunting.
@anon- Thanks for the report on the Potion and Savage swiftly tees. I am looking forward to seeing them show up in the US.
@luluaddict -- i know they get some funky colors-they do have some cute colors in the plain tanks - i picked up a cool colorblock tank from so low for 14 bucks though -- i figured it would look cute with my black flashback shorts -- which i LOVE, BTW
@momof5: adore my flashback shorts too - have 4 colors all purchased on sale. i've been living in them this summer : )
@pilatesmom -- did you see the savage green ones -so cute!- I am hoping they move over to the loot side soon -- they look so retro cute!!! --are the run energy shorts about the same length as these? just trying to judge so my trouble areas aren't HIGHLIGHTED! LOL!
@momof5: WHAT? Savage green flashback shorts?! I hadn't noticed them. I'm so in love with that color and the shorts that i'm about to buy them full price right now...
run energy shorts may be a smidge longer than the flashback shorts.
I have 3 pairs of the flashback shorts (wearing a pair as I type this actually), all purchased as loot. I love them!
@pilatesmom - I am having the exact same dilemma with the Savasana Wrap. I also ordered the 4 and 6 and can't decide which to keep for the same reasons you mention in your post - I like the fit in the body better on the 4, but the fit in the arms better on the 6. (In my case, there's probably also a bit of vanity involved in wanting to keep the 4 over the 6.) I think I've finally decided to keep the 6 though - My thinking is that when the weather gets cooler again I'm probably going to want to layer a long sleeve tee/top under the wrap and the tighter sleeve on the 4 will make an under layer bunch up at the bicep and/or underarm in a way that is likely to annoy me.
Which did you decide to keep?
@ChiRunner:
I'm still undecided. The fact of the matter is that most of the time that I wear it will be to/from the pilates studio which means I'll just have a tank on underneath (no long sleeve top) so the 4 is perfect in that scenario. However, if I do want the option to wear it with a long sleeve T under it, than I really do need a 6 in the arms. It sounds like for your purposes you should stick with the 6. Going to try them both on a few more times for the millionth time now...
@ChiRunner: at least for now i think i'm going with the 6. this may change the next time i try them on...
I stopped by a showroom today and saw that they had the both the swiftly tank ans SS tops in angel blue. This is was in California. They have a really small selection since it's a showroom but I was shocked that they these. The 3 stores I usually shop at doesn't even have them yet.
@pilatesmom: I decided to keep the 6. I figure I'll get more use out of the 6 year round because I'll be able to layer anything I want under it and not just tanks. Odd how sometimes there is a huge difference between a 4 and a 6 in some Lulu items, but with this wrap there was very little difference.
Re the run with it vest in the potion purple/foxy plaid ... which store is this from? Thanks!
