Lululemon Warehouse Sale - Will There Be An On-Line Version? (Hint, Hint)

Lululemon is going to have one of it's legendary Warehouse Sales in Hamilton, Ontario tomorrow. If you don't live nearby, too bad. I would hope they'd throw a few more items into Loot on line for the rest of us but looking at the sneak peek photos I don't feel that bad that I am missing out. It looks like a lot of the stuff that we've already seen hit Loot. Has anyone been to one and what are the prices like? Would you say it's worth waiting three hours in line?

I agree, the vast majority of what is shown hit loot quite a while a ago (those couple of big loot uploads this summer)

Yes...there is a reason all of this stuff is still for sale...though if the price is right...

Stuff that we all have seen before. I don't think they will even have stuff from several seasons ago. Even then, I'm surprised that they would still have so much leftover stock. Why not just put it all in the Loot online where the whole nation/world can get access to it.

A close friend of my family's went with her "tween" daughter last year. I was so jealous I couldn't go but in the end she said the deals were not that great. Nothings more than the deals in "loot". She ended up getting a Dance Studio Jacket for 69 or 79 dollars. She said it was not at all worth the mayhem...

As much as I want to go, Hamilton is a 3 1/2 hour drive from where I live. I decided it was not worth all the stress for one or two things I can probably live without. I am really hoping for a special new wrap, so I'll save my $$ for now.

My family lives in Saskatoon. This is a Canadian city that has one of the last franchised (?) Lulu stores. Lulu is so popular there that the Boxing Day (day after Christmas) sales were lined up down the block. My brother's girlfriend told me that last year it was held in a major concert arena - and yes, it was worth the crazy line-ups and only being let in so many at a time. She got some FAB deals...

(Saskatoon store is no longer franchised)

@Zanna - I know. I can't believe how many pairs of Flashback shorts are left. If they marked them down to $15 on line I'd be they'd get rid of them quick. I think they are doing a warehouse sale because people on FB begged for one. I can understand - it's become a tradition.

My GF told me about Lulu maybe about 6 years ago? She went to a big sample/outlet sale at the Santa Monica store. Oh how I wish they'd do that again! She to great deals but they never had another one again...

I went to the sale in Hamilton last year, prices were good but it was all the crap from loot that nobody wanted. We waiting in line 2.5 hours and in my opinion it wasn't worth it. I am not going today.

bit of trivia:
took my fast in flight bag to crossfit recently and a guy asked me if it was my flight helmet bag because it looked just like a "fancy" version of his. so, that is where they must have come up with the name fast in flight for that bag (based on flight helmet bag design).

LeAnn Rimes wearing lulu, I think!

I went in Calgary a couple of years ago, and no it wasn't worth it. There was very little in a size 10. If you were tiny you were in luck. Prices weren't really marked down well either. I'm curious as to why they would have it in Hamilton two years in a row?

Maybe in Hamilton b/c that's where a lulu warehouse is located? I think with all the hype and line-ups, they probably sell more this way and save the expense of having to ship loot items all over N. America for free.

i think another reason they're doing the sale rather than throwing it all in loot is that they save on shipping costs. i know some people will place multiple orders on the same day, so there's money off what lulu is putting in their pocket with every oder they have to ship. they take home more this way most likely, given that they don't have to pay postage, staff to pick and box, etc.

I went today. I did quite well. Pants were $55, crops $40ish, tanks and tees under $32 dollars. I picked up some colours I missed out on this season. I even got some Alignment pant. I bought a lot for my husband as well. They also had their Iviva line for my girls. It was great.

Went for my 3rd big lulu sale.

It was a WARhouse sale instead of a warehouse sale. everyone was fighting and wrangling purchases from each other!

Nice white Apex jackets- $99 reg $298! grabbed one. Deal of the day.

Hoodies- $89, grabbed one, green distressed solid colour.

All the cheer gear mitts vaporized the second they were put out! Didnt get a pair!

Everything else- lots of old stuff. Faded zap swiftly ts and power ys, some space dye... got one of each.

Picked up an old cheer "sorry" and "eh" shirt, and a mens running jacket for my bf. The size small mens section was PITIFUL, only one tiny rack long, with only about 3 styles of everything.

Not a lot of luon pants, just devi and community stuff, and cotton. Got a coal pair, already own the white and black.

It would not have been worth it if I hadn't grabbed that apex. I think I would have been mad at the lack of stuff. Waited in line 730am and got in after 11. Got 10% off, and I think she actually might have made a mistake and did it twice, for 20% off. So for that mistake, Worth it for me.

Things were selling out so fast. Unless you missed out on the old loot (flashback crops) I don't know how much of everything they could possibly have.

Good luck everyone. It was madness.

I went today (Friday) and we lined up at 8:30 and got in at 9:30! They were very organized there! I ended up getting the community pant ($55), which has a nice long length! I went down from my size 8 in grooves to a size 6, and normally my inseam is at least 34, and these are long enough with some extra! I also got a white modern racer for 32 and an oasis gather racerback. So the CRB and the pants I could have gotten in the current loot. But there was so much stuff...lots of Olympic hoodies, the only nice hoodies in my opinion were the pink and green distressed ones, but the zippers are so clunky and silver, not a fan here. They had regular remixes in white and bright orange (not alarming) but no scubas. The white went quick. But if you put your stuff down, people were definitly grabby! It was overall fun to go, I started off the visit with about 20 things in my arms and left with three. I just had to think did I want a hoodie I kind of likes for 89 or buy one I love for 98 at a store. Great experience!

they had the flashback shorts in the orlando store for 9$, which imo are much nicer than the crops(-they were 19$).
i just like going to sales regardless, so i'm sure if i lived closer i would have gone. :)

I went with my friend. Totally worth it!! We went Thursday and Friday and got tons of stuff. I even won a pair of cheer Geer mittens while waiting in line because I correctly answered the question "what fabric are our cheer Geer hoodies made from ?" - not a hard question for us die hards fans :)

Only waited in line for an hour Friday. Thursday we waited in line for 45 min

I went to the one last year in Hamilton too . The newspaper said that 12,000 people went to the sale!

The sale is on until sunday. I would highly recommend it :)

hoodie prices went down to 45 when i was there today.. and everything under 49 sale.

Hello,

Has anyone heard if lulu is bringing back the gratitude wrap?
