Upload Thursday Wishes - What Are Yours?

It's a bit early in the day but what are you hoping for in tomorrow's upload? I think I'd like to give the Boobs on a Wire a try. I'm wrestling with what color to order. I'm hoping a white one shows up on line but if not, maybe a River Rock. I'll have to survey my tanks and see which would work best. I am also hoping the Mesh Headbands show up in Lolo and the other colors. As always, a new surprise fabulous tank design would be nice. I'm not sure if I'll order the Inspire Jacket or go try it on at the store first. It's an expensive new technical jacket so I can't imagine those will sell out within hours, especially in my size. I think I'll have time to try it on at the store.

I'd like to try the Inspire Jacket. I hope there are some surprises, like lined DSP's, or LS pimas tees.

I'd also like to try the inspire jacket...so cute and feminine, not like the boxy running jacket I have now (that I purchased WAY too big). I'm drawn to the boobs on a wire, too, but I think I'd probably end up with The Bust Stops Here. I'm just a bit worried the the former would be a little too low and my girlies would try to make a run for it...lol!
I really want to try the run:ultra pant. Really, really, really, but I'm hesitant to order those online without trying them in on the store. Oh, how I wish there was a closer Lulu (5.5 hours away). I'm travelling tomorrow and my destination has a carrier for Lulu...I'm hoping they have some of the new stuff within the next week...

Hi! I am newly obsessed with Lulu and now that I have found your blog, I can't stop buying!! Question for you: as I expand my LuLu wardrobe, I am looking for your reco on the best pant and the best l/s top. The pant I will wear to the gym almost every day along with the l/s top that will serve as a layer/jacket for the cooler weather over whatever tank I am wearing that day. I have the wunder under crops, but feel I need more coverage for cooler days. Sorry to make you my personal shopper, but you seem to be the expert! I hope you can help!

@ Sarah - I love shopping with other people's money! I do that for my sister all the time. A few questions first - What kind of exercise are you doing at the gym? Without knowing anything, my first recommendation would be Groove pants. They are very comfortable and flattering. However, if you are doing cardio with a lot of leg motion the flare at the bottom may bother you. I haven't been able to try them on but the Sage Twist also looks like a great pant with a slightly smaller leg flare. Educators have told me they fit a lot like Groove pants. The only problem is the twist part will cause a bump under your tank. I also like the Relaxed Fit pant a lot. They are looser in the leg but snug across your rear.

As for the l/s top, if you don't want to buy a jacket, I'd recommend the Inspire as a to and from pullover and you might want to size up since they fit snugly. The Swiftly tech long sleeves are nice, too, but they are meant as a first layer. If you do decide to get a jacket, I'd recommend a Define or Stride jacket.

THANK YOU! Going to do some online shopping tonite! PS - I ordered the Commit tank in the static stripe as I thought the pic from your blog was cute and I love it! Super comfy and supportive.

Bought the inspire jacket today. Beautiful in lolo. Love the cut which is very flattering and love the zipper design. A bit unusual which I always like. The static black cuffins are great and I LOVE that the left has a watch hole at the wrist.

Was the Inspire $158 as people have reported? I really like the look of it.

Pilatesmom, can you give us a review on the sizing? I'm specifically worried about the arms....mostly after I thought they were too snug on the inspire pullover.

I know it's kind of boring but what I am really hoping for is some CRB's in new colours. I find it funny that on the website they are promoting 30 days of Cool Racer Backs but the stock on the website is sad, sad, sad. I ordered a Lolo purple one through the GEC and 2 days later they called to say the order would not go through because the warehouse stock was wrong. What the heck??? I don't know how these oversights happen??? Anyways, I love one in Amazon or Lolo or a new colour....fingers crossed!

@BeckyC: I think the inspire jacket runs true to size. I got my usual size in tops/tanks/jackets. I would call the fit slighty relaxed while still shapely. The arms are not tights. One thing to note: if I stack my arms genie style in front of me it does feel tight across the back (I'm not busty so it isn't due to my bust taking up a bunch of room) - however when i'm in a "normal" position or doing a running motion feel not constricted at all. I'm slim but pretty athletic/muscular, also including the muscles of the back, so that might play into it. For me I wouldn't size up because it would be large and sloppy. Hope that helps. It is very cute on!

Until Lulu comes out with new, innovative designs/prints in tanks/tops or bring back the No Limit Tank, I don't think I will be purchasing anything for a while. I am also hoping for new colors. I wish they would update the color palette on the web site. Plus I also hate it when they recycle quite a bunch of colors which was the same as last fall.

I agree, Anon, it's boring to see the same colors over and over (hello Senorita pink). Lululemon has some older colors they could easily bring back - Indigo, Bruise, Ivory, Teak, Anise, Fox, Branch, Sangia, to name a few. I would love some prints in the technical tops, too!
