I love the back seaming myself, but if it is not your thing, I understand it is not so obvious on the other colours....plus, who is really going to use the hood, and if so, how often? So, that being said, your really not going to see much of the back detail...

what are the black bottoms in the photo where the girl is wearing with the charcoal Stride jacket?
the logo is the same as on the gratitude, the metal plate located on the bottom.
i really don't like the seaming on the back. didn't notice it on the other photos because the hood was down.
