I really REALLY don't see the appeal in the Black Roses print.
I really REALLY Do. LOL! ;)
I bought the winter gloves, my husband said I was going to need them running this winter so "santa" is going to put them in my stocking. I own the brushed wunder under pants and they are beyond fantastic!
Again with the tattooed models - so tacky! Look at the tramp stamp on the speed shorts model.
And seriously the new photography is cheap crap. If you go to the website & look at the different poses of the BR speed shorts there's a shot showcasing the zipper - the lighting is so amateur you there are shadows cast on the model by her own hand, and you can see the '6' inside the pocket showing what size she's wearing.
Cumon Lulu - go back to the old headless models on dark backgrounds so we can see the clothes!!!
I really want to get the cuddle up pants but I've been hearing reviews about how snug they are and people can't get them over their hips, even if they size up. I wish my local store had these.
Have a look at the new power purple speed shorts - tattoo on the back, big scrap on the back of her own...and belly ring. This surprises me!!
Geez I can't type - I meant scrape on her arm
I applaud their no photoshop policy, but is it so difficult to find models without tattoos? Another option would be to cover the tattoos with makeup.
I agree on the tattoo - cover it up...ick.
Anon @ 6:45 - Tell me more about the fit of the Cuddle Up Pant... In the photos, they look to be cut the same as the Dance Sweat Pant. I know the CU has no pockets. Do they really fit that much differently?
I totally agree on the photoshop -- not to be mean - but the one new model has the nastiest feet and driest elbows -- it just makes you notice that instead of the clothes
@AZ Lulu Fan - You live in AZ, you must see a lot of tattoos there because they are super prevalent here in SoCal. I think something like 40% of people under 35 have tattoos so it must be hard to find people without them. They could use makeup, however.
@momof5 - I don't even look at the feet except when checking out the long pants but that woman has man-feet. They should put the models in sneakers and avoid the feet issue.
I don't like the new blonde model because she is either not busty enough or hunches over or has some weird rib cage to hip ratio and the tanks don't fit her right - they bunch up around her waist in 90% of the photos. She makes the new Stand Strong tank look awful. You need a big bust to make that tank look good. For that one tank, they should use the old, busty model or go down one size when photographing the front of the tank.
Re the Cuddle up, yes size WAY up or you won't be able to pull them up. My other pants are 4, shorts usually 6, and I got a 10 in the cuddle up. 6 I couldn't get up, 8 was tight. They are super warm but fit very, very snug compared to the other pants.
@ Katie - Wow! The Cuddle Ups run really small - two sizes!
@Katie - Thanks for the intel! Super helpful. I love this blog. :)
