I spotted this on Facebook yesterday but forgot to post it. It's an In Stride in White and Coal Strata Stripe.
Two more photos of the Coal Strata Stripe Pace Setter Pullover. My sister just bought this in the Bend, OR showroom today. She got the static black version, too. These will be her first running luon pullovers. They did not have the Lilac Snow version.
Oh yeah, just noticed - no zipper pocket in the rear? Hmmm. Not really a deal breaker for me since I bought an Amphipod micro waist pack so I wouldn't stress my clothes with the weight of my cell phone. However, it's still nice to have the option. I know there is a little pocket in the kangaroo pocket but it doesn't zip.

I can't decide if I like the stitching on the back. hhhmmm.... I need an excuse NOT to get another pullover. Geeze I'm Florida!!!
i really like the looks but they should have put a pocket in the back...so this is a pass for me for sure! it's too bad though but i need the back zip pocket!
OT -- lulumum has a model photo of the new Pure Balance tank-- super sexy!!
A running pullover with no pocket, pass. I'm not crazy about the CSS print, just too much grey. I have a feeling I will be returning the Solace jacket I have coming this week with this print inside.
haha -i just came across this volcom t shirt that looks exactly like the lightening strike tee -- except this is 13 bucks

I really like this white In Stride, it would go well with my new Coal/CSS No Limit. But I would get a white jacket dirty so fast! Looks so pretty tho!
OT: I have been looking for jobs (new grad) and thought to look for a position at Lulu HQ (they make it look like a fun place to work ;)Plus a discount on products would be nice.) There are postings for web models on their careers page. I can't remember if it was here or the other blog where readers were wondering what size the web models wore.
This is the posting says:
"Female Models must have an athletic build and consistently wear a lululemon women’s size 6 in tops and bottoms and have approximately the following measurements:
- Hip: 37”
- Dress Size: 6
- Waist: 26”
- Inseam: 33”
...Model must be within 1.5” give/take of our requested measurements"
Alas, they don't have any postings that would fit my degree/experience. Must keep looking.
Why only size 6? Lululemon has been criticized in Canada for appealing only to a certain size, it sends the wrong message out you have to be a certain size to wear Lululemon.
@ anon 4:34am My guess is that they want to be visually appealing to customers, which makes sense. Clothing companies make a range of sizes but want to show off their stock in the best light. In this case, their preference appears to be for size 6. It isn't as if Lululemon is ONLY making size 6... they just want to showcase their product in what they consider ideal terms.
Personally, I'm a size 8-10. I think that picking size 6 for a fit model is just fine - I mean, their sizes range from 2-12, so 6 falls right in the middle there. I'd definitely be ticked if all there models were size 2!! Having said that, it would be nice to have some models that are size 2, and some that are size 12 so those that are those sizes can have an idea how things will look on you.
A size 6 is on the "healthy" side for a model. I think it is a very realistic size for a company looking for fit models.
People have often wondered why Lululemon sizes only go up to 12, they shut alot of people out.
What is weird is that the No Limit tank does go to a 12 but it can only be found at strategic partner studios and not in regular stores or on line. I don't get that at all.
