The SE CRB Has Made It to the US

The Special Edition CRB with a Sheer Luon back (I think) has made it to the US. These photos are from the Halsted store. If anyone sees this in a store, can you confirm that the back is made of Sheer Luon? Readers confirm it is made of Sheer luon in the back and it comes in flush, coal, and black. As soon as I find more photos I will post.

The bottom of the back sure looks like sheer luon to me!

The color is over-saturated but it looks like that to me, too.

I hope someone posts a try-on report for this CRB. It looks like a really fun special edition, but I'm wondering if it needs to be sized down more than the regular CRB's do? I'm also wondering what other colors it might come in?

I saw it today at the Mall of America store in this color, as well as black with a coal (??static black) lower portion of the back. I guess I can't confirm that it is luon light, but the bottom of the back is definitely lightweight and silky. Sorry, should have paid closer attention, but I was too obsessed with my new wren dance studio pants!

A little off topic... but am I the only one that is totally annoyed with this newer blonde model they use for most of their photos? She really doesn't make the clothes look very good, she is not athletic looking at all, no muscle tone at ALL... and her hair is always kinda goofy. I'm not trying to be mean, she's a pretty girl, I just don't think she exemplifies an athlete, or even someone that works out, and isn't that what the clothing is for? (yes I know, we all are guilty of using it as street wear but in ADDITION to using it as work out wear) And please don't attack me for saying this... I'm just wanting to know what people's thoughts are about the models? I definately prefer the look of the clothing modeled by more athletic types on the website. Again, I think this girl is pretty and all, I just don't think she looks great in a lot of the items....

I bought the new CRB in Black and Coal at MOA. I went TTS. It is Sheer luon on the back and feels divine! I haven't worked out in it yet but it's super cute on!

What other color the CRB come in other than Black,Coal and Flush?

I like her. I do work out a lot and am an athlete and I envy her body!!Why would you even think she doesn't work out? She may not look like a hard core weight lifter but she definately has a great shape.

I am so excited to try this CRB on. I think it would be great for spin class.

@ Chi Runner - thanks. For some reason I always think Halsted is in Canada.

The only big issue I had with the blond model is that she slouched a lot or was always looking at her navel and was bent over or had lots of material wrinkled up at the mid-section in the tops she was wearing and you couldn't get a good idea of how the clothes looked. I think they have corrected this, though. They also tended to put her in tops that looked one size too big for her but I think they've corrected that, too. I like that she has a bit of a bust. I hated the flat, boyish model they started with.

I think lulu needs to look at an athleta catalog to see what a fitmodel should look like.

I love the Athleta models. However I will say that Lulu has made an improvement in the recent picture quality, seems that the lighting isn't as blinding white in the backround so now you can see the details of the clothing better.

I tried on the SE CRB yesterday...not that special. The black front/grey back is NOT flattering, especially from the side. It makes you appear wider than you actually are. Also, because this CRB is made of two different fabrics, it doesn't lay correctly on the body. Needless to say, I passed.

I was wondering about the fabric - a lot of the pictures looked like it was riding up in the back. hhmmm.... not sure if I will order this sight unseen from the website.

I tried this on in the store today and bought it in the black with the grey I love it. For the person that does not want a crb to be completely skin tight it is nice it gives you some give. I like the length not as long as the normal CRB's also the top part is a little more fitted which I like because I feel like it gave me a little extrea support with my flow y bra underneath.
