Today's Upload - Ho Hum (UPDATED)

So far today's upload is pretty ho hum.

UPDATE - Cabin Longsleeve Just Uploaded - Get It Now!

Oh, it just got a little exciting. Lululemon uploaded a photo of the Silver Hot Class tank but it's labeled "Hot Class Tank" and the description is for the regular Hot Class Tank. I have a feeling the regular black version that looks like this is the one for sale this morning:

Black Hot Class Tank in Luxtreme and Sheer Luon

This is the Silver Hot Class Tank made of Silver Luon and Circle Mesh - I don't think this is the one they are selling, though. I'm 99.9% sure they have the wrong photo.

The black pique Defines have been restocked. Lululemon seems to have an endless supply of these.

I love the logo on the SE pillow Scubas but I hate the zippers. I wish they'd just make scubas in pretty colors. I would love a regular Scuba in Flush. My son's soccer team colors are orange and a Flush Scuba would be perfect to wear to his games. I think the only Flush one is going to come out in a pillow version - blech.

I don't care for the Coal Strata Stripe in the In Stride Jacket but I think it would make a really cute Define Jacket.

A couple of Swiftly tee colors were uploaded - Concord Gray and Dark Classic Sport Gray

.The Get Fit Shorts were uploaded. Has anyone tried these one yet? I wonder if I could get my Biker Grooves hemmed to this length.

I'll add more photos as the upload continues. What are you ordering today?

Nothing. I didn't expect this week's upload to be terribly exciting.

I wish Lulu would get their acts together with the website. In addition to the error in the Hot Class Tank listing, the Run: Inspire Tights show a picture of the black/sprinkler version (which I would love) that isn't actually available if you click through. I feel like the company is certainly profitable enough to hire some professionals to manage the e-commerce site.

@ ChiRunner - No kidding! I feel bad for the people who are going to order that Hot Class tank and have to return it at their expense when they get a different one.

Nada...another boring week.

And - most of the new items have no details in the 'why we made this' section - so no info as to the fabric, etc.

nothing, absolutely nothing..!
where are regular CRBs in new colors?!!!!
my gosh. so disappointed.

LuluAddict said...

I haven't seen any new CRB in my local store either. There are Flush and Sprinkler versions coming because Australia got them.

That pique black define jacket is different from the one I have: mine has solid black accent and the zipper is "bling" instead of black. So they changed it up a little. I like mine better though ^.^

Didn't there used to be a ton of colored scubas/remix and crb's stocked-- what the heck!!

I was hoping for the sprinkler PUL and groovy runs and the new mystery tank in white sounds pretty -

oh well --savin my paypal for another day!

I just ordered a sprinkler scoopneck. I bought the 50 rep in sprinkler yesterday at a store and I just love the color. I'm a brunette with super fair skin. I hope there are no bleeding problems with this color!!

Nothing:(

does the pique define fit the same way as a normal luon define/ thanks

Sprinkler Scoop Neck and Speed Shorts.
Stayed by the computer all morning waiting for the Cabin LS in Sprinkler, but it's a no show. I know for a fact my store got them, but it's an hour and a half drive...guess I'll have to wait.

I really like the black pace setter skirt, but I'm not a girly girl and not sure about running in a skirt. Thoughts?

@Luna, I feel the same way! CRBs are a Lulu staple and right now they don't have jack for a supply in them at ALL! Their inventory in general right now really stinks as does this upload. Quite a bummer. Perhaps if they got their inventory under control we wouldn't all have to pounce on everything the same day it's released. There's not point to looking at the site any other day than Thursday because they're out of everything.

I never thought that I would like a running skirt but tried the black pace setter skirt on in my store, and actually loved it. I'm in my upper 40's so always thought I was too old for a running skirt and especially one with a back like this one, but it was super cute and I bought it (with some encouragement from the educators in my store!) Go for it! Nothing for me in today's upload. So sad, but my husband will be elated!

@Anon 8:48 - Striped Sprinkler Cabin LS just got uploaded (US side).

I just bought the Sprinkler In Stride. I love bright blues because I'm also a pale-skinned brunette, and the jacket isn't a pullover. I'll have to see how much I like it when it gets here.

I'm so tempted to get the sprinkler skirt. Everyone else in my family plays tennis - don't I need a tennis outfit too? Haha. I don't know if I'd run on the treadmill in a skirt, and if I do ever get one I suppose I should get black so it would go with everything. But the sprinkler is just so pretty!!

I tried on the pacesetter skirt yesterday and it was very cute but the pale grey pattern looked awful against my pale Pacific Northwest legs.

I really like the Beachy Green Scuba... Last week I told to myself: If Aruba Scuba will not show up this week, I am gonna order passion microstripe Scuba! So I did, because no Aruba Scuba last week, and I got my package today - Passion Stripe (so now I have both passion and snorkel blue), Groove Crops (which are a little longer than I expected, but still comfy!) and Aruba Mat, which I am gonna use now for the first time. Now I regret it a little, cause I really like the Beachy Green Scuba... well, no more money for me this month :D Hope Aruba Scuba will still show up later... (they had a picture of it, so it should, right???)

Just grabbed the sprinkler cabin. Have a feeling this one will be gone within the hour. Got the sprinkler ikat skirt and speed shorts (will only keep one) and the sprinkler in stride. Was hoping for a sprinkler scuba. Oh well. Already have the strata stripe WUs and flush/strata in stride and it is super cute together. Also, got my ikat scuba that I ordered last week and it is way cuter on than I had expected (kind of expected that I'd return it) and the fit seems a smidge more forgiving than my other scubas.

RunMama said...

Nothing for me. I just can't wear sprinkler blue (I don't have any Wish either). Disappointed about the pillow Scuba's, would have been tempted by the Beachy Green if it was a basic Scuba with a plastic zip.

LuluAddict said...

@ anon 8:45 am - I thought the pique defines fit the same as a regular. The Pique has a bit more give than regular luon, though.

Another fair-skinned brunette here, I too bought the sprinkler in stride and the raw blue relaxed fit pants. Dying for new CRBs. I have 4 stores within a 20 mile radius where I live and none of them have really any CRBs to speak of. Really limited selection. What gives?

Anonymous said...

thanks LA - i think i'll get the pique and sell my ikat define. it's too big.

LuluAddict said...

I'm a fair skinned brunette and I really like the way the Sprinkler Scoop Neck looks on me.

Anonymous said...

Bought the cabin LS in sprinker and the swiftly tee. It's sleeve looks tiny, which was the best part about the now gone 5 yr pima tee.

momof5 said...

oh man --im also a fair skin brunette and feel left out not ordering anything in sprinkler --- Holding out for the PUL!!!

Hannah said...

Gah! I was too late for the cabin ls in sprinkler.

That said, I ordered a cabin ls last week...and finally got it today. So upset to report it had piling all over it, and a hole in the neckline. And a mismarked price. Such a letdown.

Anonymous said...

@anon 9:39 the swiftly short sleeves DO have a shorter sleeve, similar to the 5yr pima tee. Oh how I hate the longer short sleeves of the live simply and the modern short sleeve - so unflattering and makes my arms look huge (which they are not). I sooo miss the 5yr pima tee - so soft and stretchy, long in the torso and sleeve length was PERFECT.

The sprinkler cabin is gone baby gone. Also the ikat speed skirt and the pleated sidewalk grey stripe skirt. Glad I was around to order those.

I nearly pounced on the hot class thinking it was the silver luon, especially since the zoom pictures showed the circle mesh. Then I actually read the thing and was let down. They probably should replace the pictures with the right ones ASAP as the black sheer luon one is significantly different from the silver, as evidenced by the educator photo.

@Anon 8:45 am
I bought the all black Pique Define (no solid black detailing) two weeks ago and LOVE it, I feel it fits TTS. The Pique is sooooo soft and comfy!

Nothing for me today; been disappointed with the offerings lately. I'm bored of the same old tanks in very similar colours. The current colours are not different enough to warrant getting another. I want some true greens like an apple or Turf (from a few seasons ago). I have too many tops in blues and purples. I can't wear oranges, yellows and some pinks so I guess I'm safe for the time being. I really like Sprinkler, but it's too close to my Bold Blue items.

Come on Lulu!!! It's still winter here in Canada, I NEED some colour to make me happy. If not, at least bring back the Deep V or something to spice up the line.

Ok rant over. ;-)

Kate said...

Oh forgot one more rant.
I agree, where has all the CRBs gone?? The racks are practically bare in store. All they have are white and the black one with the crazy pleating detail sewn on the straps. Yuck.

Maybe this will be a good break for all of us.

Anonymous said...

OMG! I am so ticked. I sat all morning thru the upload waiting for the Cabin LS. When the upload was done, I had to leave to get chores done. Now that I'm back, it's gone. I'm freakin' ticked off!

Susan said...

This is all Oprah's Fault!!!!

LuluAddict said...

@ Hannah - Your Rubber Ducky Cabin LS came pilled and with a hole in it? That's just unbelievable!!!

What *is* up with the CRBs? I'm going to be cynical and say that Lulu ramped down production to encourage people to buy higher priced tanks. Either that, or they've moved production to some super cheap country so soon those will be falling apart on us, too. I dunno. Maybe they are in some sort of weird lull tank-wise. Where are all the latest Push UR Limits, too? My stores haven't gotten any new colors any since the beginning of January.

LuluAddict said...

@ Susan - I think Lululemon is definitely reaching critical mass in the US. I'm seeing it more and more outside the gym and at my gym where I never used to before. Lululemon is also all over American TV these days. It shows up on a lot of TV shows and ads so I think a lot of people are becoming aware of it.

Hannah said...

Yes, indeed. And I'm totally bummed. I was basically guaranteed I could only return, as they'd never be able to do an exchange because they sell out so quickly. I don't even care about the price tag discrepancy, and I don't need $10 credited back for the tag being incorrect...I just want my shirt. I love it, otherwise. Absolutely love it. But I figure any shirt I buy brand new should at least come without holes in it. Oy. I really need to live closer than 3 hours away from an actual store...

ojodeazul said...

Hanah - what size are you. I Amy be willing to part with a cabin if you would like.

Anonymous said...

Lulu blows their inventory is so low the stores are practically bare, and their haughty attitude about defective clothes, they are truly getting too popular.

Lulaholic said...

I went into the store today and bought the flashback hoodie in black and the scoop neck in grey strata stripe. Last week i got the grey pique WU's and in stride jacket. My in stride is starting to unravel at the seam in the arm and i talked to them about it. They had their seamstress fix it onthe spot and told me if i had any more problems to make sure i brought it back. Amazing service at the Kelowna store today!!!

LuluAddict said...

@ Luluholic - Fix it on the spot? Wow! I have to leave things for a week. Do you think your arm seam unraveled because of rubbing against the zipper or because it was poorly made? I can't believe they still have issues with the Strides.

Makavelina said...

So I ordered Aruba Flow Y bra and Flush 50 Rep bra, love these and only have one of each so far, plus I really love the colors and wanted to purchase the Aruba one anyway :D Small haul today, but I am happy by that :D

Lulaholic said...

Yes I took it off and they fixed it right there! I'm not convinced it was from rubbing on the zipper, but that being said why should seams on a jacket even come unraveled because they rubbed on a zipper? I had only worn it twice and washed it once. I also had to return to my dismay my marvelous merino thigh high leg warmers. I washed cold, laid flat to dry and the grey band of wool lulu symbols that went around the top of the leg shrunk like crazy. To the point where I couldnt wear them anymore. I was really disappointed about that one!
