Groove pants in Wren!!! Love!
The Bliss tank is very pretty but the Tencel does get wrinkled easily.

New Scubas in Surge and Toothpaste
Circuit Tank shown with Coal It's a Cinch Crops. I didn't realize these were reversible. Not reversible - the red waistband is just the inside of the gray flipped in half.

I love that the cinch crops are reversible! Do they reverse to coal on both sides? It almost looks black in the pic.
I have yet to see the cinch crops look good...
Are these product alerts from Australia or Canada? I have yet to see any of the new scubas in the US or US website. The Canadian site has alot of scubas the US does not. Has anyone seen the Surge Scuba in their store in the US?
Ugh so glad I returned the Circuit Tank. It's boring and the ruching on the boobs makes them appear to sag...
Really hating the bliss tank.
More metal zips on scubas. I am not buying another scuba with a metal zip!
They're not reversible, they fold over to red.
I bought them in grapeseed and they look great on me!
The It's a Cinch crop actually aren't reversible. The waist band folds over. When you fold over the coal variety, the color revealed is Tango.
Can't wait for the coal Full Eagle!
Wow--I'm seeing a lot of stuff that just doesn't fit very well right now. As for the metal zippers, I don't like them very much, but a black painted zipper on my define has started chipping after only four washes! It looks really cheap now. :(
My store in Santa Barbara, CA, is supposed to get the Full Eagle this week. If so, I'll try them this weekend. Love the Wren in the Groove, just hoping it'll come in the crops too. Heard that they may be bringing back the Wunder Unders in Wren too. Would love that since I missed out on the first round!
All of the latest stuff is just blah to me. I don't like the look or fit of anything lately. I did want the circuit tank but after seeing all the photos I'm already over it. I hated the bliss tank the first time and just as much now. The only thing I want to try is the full eagle tank in coal. I don't like the tinted canvas, i already have a tinted canvas crb and I don't even wear it. I think the print is one to be left behind and I wish they'd stop making more items in it!
@anon 7:22am I AGREE. Why are we getting more of the tinted canvas print? BLehkk
Anon @ 7:22, I agree I am so sick of the "blotchy" prints but don't give up on the tops due to photos. I have the Circuit tank and the Willpower top and both look pretty bad in photos I have seen, but I love them!
I also never pay attention to the photos on the web models...every top seems to need to be sized down!
The picture of the Bliss tank looks awful. They should have ironed it out before taking a picture it. Is the bra part see through? It looks like I can see the bra cups.
bliss tank? must've been a boring day at work for that designer!!! or no coffee that morning or something :)
@ anon 7:11 am - I saw one of the stores had a photo of the Wren Denim Wunder Unders so I think those are the ones that are coming back. I didn't post it because it was a tiny photo of the side of her hip and didn't show much of the pant.
Totally agree about the web model needing to size down. Stuff is often way too baggy on her, especially in the waist. They should get a better proportioned model (I don't know if she had her boobs done or has a large ribcage or what) - there are so many educators' photos I've used that wear the clothes much better.
It's kinda funny the difference in opinions. I'm from Calgary and it seems like they can hardly keep the Bliss Tank on the shelves. Super popular! Not to mention I have one and L-O-V-E it. So pretty and girly. Also super light weight for summer.
I've met the girl in the pic. She's a total sweetheart and I think some of the comments would make her sad. Just remember all the models are real people :-) She was very petite with a large chest, I'm sure most is a little big in the ribs. Her boobs didn't seem fake but you never know.
As for the top it just has a funny fit I think. Looks pretty but is one of those pieces that has to fit just so.
@ anon - I don't mean to pick on the model - she is super pretty and has a great figure - but the person who dresses her for the web photo has to make sure the tops fit her well. People can't get a realistic sense of the fit if the tops don't fit the model well or she has an unusual shape.
I personally know the girl in the picture - she is an active person who works hard to keep that small waist! Honestly, I don't believe that having a larger bust and a trim mid-section is that unusual. Her boobs? 100% real. The women out there with similar body types are sure to appreciate seeing someone with their same issues in finding tanks with built-in elastic bras that fit well through the bust and body. Not all stores have 5'11" educators with mannequin-esque proportions... Nor is that "realistic." Ask any woman with an actual average body and she will tell you that the way clothes fit the website models are not the way the clothes fit her.
