Upload Thursday

I ordered the Surge Featherweight Hybrid Jacket. I was thinking of tracking down the Dewberry but after reflecting on how often I wear my Potion Purple Define and taking a look at the tops I have to go with this jacket I figured Surge was the better choice. I already have a Surge cap so I am good to go. It should be here next Wednesday.  I was also half hoping the Snowy Owl Scuba might show up today on the US side but I know I will get more use of out the Featherweight Hybrid jacket. This is a jacket I can use nearly one hundred percent of the year here in Southern California.

I was also tempted by the Heathered Raspberry Run For Your Life tank. I wish this one had come out before the Royalty. I may still get it but for now I am pretty excited about the Featherweight Hybrid Jacket.

I know a lot of people are excited to see the Inspire jacket come back. I liked the jacket well enough but I'm not a fan of asymmetrical openings since I often wear my jackets unzipped.

The Audrey jackets also showed up today. This jacket is overkill for Southern California so an easy pass for me.

What did you all order today?

I've been good so far this week (after ordering a bunch of stuff from last week's upload - I have a weak spot for new speed shorts and skirts!) I'm also really tempted by that Raspberry Run: For Your Life tanks. Might be a good choice for my upcoming half marathon?!

I'm glad to see the Run: Inspire jacket back, though I'm wondering if they fixed the tight shoulder issue from last year. I have the jacket and LOVE it - I hope it comes in some good colours though!!

@ RunItMyWay - I read some comments a runner had that said the RFYL straps fell off her shoulder when she ran. I didn't have a problem, which is unusual since I have narrow shoulders and usually do but I am also kind of long between the shoulder and breast. If you find lulu tank straps are typically too long for you, you might have issue. The straps have elastic inside so I thought they hugged my shoulders well.

When I took a walk wearing the RFYL I know my arm kept banging into the toggle on the side. Maybe runners hold their arms higher but it kind of bugged me.

I got the Heathered Raspberry Run For Your Life tank and the Audrey jacket! I have tried the Audrey jacket in my store, and knew I needed to size down. Also, I had only tried on the black and the black tweed (looks grey), but then on the website there is an actual black tweed (it has white in the title)...I ordered it! So excited. Please let us know asap if there is any more raspberry stuff coming, even a CRB! I got the raspberry tank b.c. I have no idea if/when it is coming again!

Really wanted the Audrey, but since this does not come in a 2, it's an easy pass for me, considering the price! I'm very small on top, and especially around the torso. May look like a "tent" on me. Understood that it's made roomier for layering, but like LLA said, even then it's pushing it for our mild fall/winter in the Central Coast of CA. I won't get a lot of use out of it. Did order the Embrace Tanks though, one of each color! Just wished the colors were of a different variation. Love this style of tanks and it works well for us , small chested people. Was hoping to see the Priiti tank and crop. Any updates on that LLA? Fit, fabric and price?

The heathered raspberry Run For Your Life Tank and coal shale stripe Run Speed Skirt. I couldn't resist the cute color and pattern! :) Haven't tried either of them, so hope I like the fit. Fingers crossed!

I only bought the Scoop neck in black / black space dye and it wasn't new to this upload. There was nothing I wanted since the Snowy Owl Scuba didn't make an appearance. My local showroom got the Spin Me tank so I'll check it out there.

I bought the raspberry RFYL tank for the color. I am worried the straps will be too long on me, though. Hoping for more raspberry tanks! I also bought my first pair of groove pants and the newest speed skirt (coal shale). Too many lulu purchases lately. I am fairly new to LLL and I am now addicted :)

I got the Audrey jacket in black/white tweed! I also live in SoCal, but near Redondo Beach, and in the fall and winter, it does get pretty chilly with the wind and everything, so while the jacket may not be warm enough for the East Coast winters I remember from my years there, it should be great for even the worst winter day here. :) Or maybe I'm just justifying my purchase...I just couldn't pass on the shape of the jacket!

I bought the Raspberry RFYL tank. I have been dying waiting for the raspberry to come out. I am hoping for a raspberry CRB soon! Do you think the Spin Me tank will come online next week? I hope so. Oh, my Get Fit tank came FedEx today and it doesn't fit me right :( The chest was puckered funny and I think it is because I am small chested (barely a B-cup). The waist seemed a little loose too - maybe I should try to size down? All the pictures posted of girls wearing the tank looked fabulous so I think it is my weird body!

Didn't order anything online, but went to my store and got the Scuba I've been eyeing (sadly) since before they went up to $108, in Heathered Pink Pig.

Also miraculously found a Surge CRB for $24 instead of the usual $29 markdown price, so I HAD to get it.

Tried on the Bulerias, loved it. Also tried on the Turbo tank but they only had a 10 so it was about 2 sizes too big cause of the loose middle, but even still so gorgeous in the Dewberry/Heathered Dewberry! Want those both so bad!

I bought a black & black/white tweed Audrey. I'm not sure which one I'll keep. I almost bought the RFYL in heathered raspberry, but decided to wait for it to come to my store.

Thanks so much for the info LuluAddict! That definitely makes me reconsider whether I want to spend $64 on that tank if it may not be practical for running- especially since I'm not near a store to at least try it on for fit! Maybe I'll see if it hits loot?

Thanks again, the feedback is so helpful since I can't try it on!! :) :)

Is it best to size up or down for the new Embrace tank? Any help is appreciated.. thanks!

@ Stephanie - I bought the Embrace Tank in my normal size at my store and took it home without trying it on. The bra area fits perfectly, but the body is very tight compared to recent tanks I've purchased (Power Y, Turbo Tank, Dignity Halter, Spin Me Tank). I'd recommend sizing up if you don't want the body skimming look. It's too snug for my taste and the next size up will likely be too loose in the bra area, so I'll be returning this one. Hope this helps!

What does anyone think about the sing floss dance jackets. I just ordered one from a store in CA, I liked the royal color but was wondering how it fits. I am a new addict to lululemon. I have the inflight jacket which I love. The instride jacket which I like and I just bought tow long sleeved cabin tees. What else is a must in lululemon?

Hi Anon. 10:03 am: I found the SFT jacket to fit a tiny, tiny bit snug. It's meant to be form fitting. The in stride is roomier. I wear a 6 in scuba, and 6 for stride/in stride, and an 8 in define. I bought an 8 in the SFT and find it fits a little loose after wearing for a while, but I found the size 6 a little snug in the sense that it looked great, but I could see a little muffin top cling from the back, and that bugs me so I opted for the 8.
As for must haves...I'm sure everyone will give you different ideas! I love the scuba hoodies (though not loving the prices creeping higher), studio dance pant, groove yoga pants, gather and crow crop, define jacket, CRB tank. I also love the scarves that come out now and again -- the vinyasa scarf is fun, and I just got the new Om scarf. You may need to visit a store to get them -- they go fast! Welcome to our addiction!

Hi Anon 10:03: The SFT jacket is definitely snug. I wish I would have ordered up, but now it is sold out. It is a cute jacket, so I will probably keep it. I just won't be able to layer much. As far as musts go...the define jacket is great, CRB tanks are great basics, and I love pretty much all of the fitted crops.

Hey - seems like the LOOT & REG inventory just isn't moving - except for a couple of key pieces. Hs the quality of the product gotten that bad ? Since I have only been buying LULU for 3 years, I am not sure. Makes me consider buying loot stuff - if they maybe irregulars.

I bought the Audrey (even though I live in SoCal). Really, really, really wanted it to be a jacket that I could justify keeping.
If I was traveling back east or even lived up north I would have kept it. It is really heavy, I would have worn it maybe 5 times over the course of the winter so returned it last night.
There was another return of the same jacket to the Fashion Island store that day - same reason.
