New 650 fil down jacket called the Get Down jacket. It comes in Ghost and Black and is $248. It's ok, but I'd probably go for a North Face for this price point.

hmmm. glad I have my hooded not so stuffy puffy from a couple of years ago. its way cuter and more flattering than this one. This one isn't bad or anything. just blah for the price.
Not a fan of the ghost colour, and it's not a practical colour in a coat anyway ... I predict the black will sell and the ghost will show up on markdown eventually.
i saw this new winter jacket in the store today. it is $248, but looks very very cheap for this price in both colors. poncho looks like an outdoor tablecloth or x-mas tree base cover. when i saw the price, i thought you got to be kidding!
I bought a very flattering, awesome 800 fill down jacket at Patagonia for the same price. I'll take my Patagonia with it's life-time guarantee, and they take things back if they don't hold up. I love lulu, but lately I've been unhappy with the quality of some of their stuff, though I do love my new power pose crops:-)
for $250 a down coat better be a little longer than that. If you live somewhere where down is necessary in the winter, then you will appreciate a coat that at least covers your thighs. i know i will.
This jacket is not worth $50! The new lulu stuff coming out is terrible! I have spent thousands on my stock of lulu and this week I looked at a lot of it and thought "is this cute?" or is it only cute bcs its lulu? Most of the stuff I bought I wouldnt have taken a second look at at a dept store if it wasnt lulu: so what the heck am I buying it for? I have lost the love :-( (but this coat and the new poncho (wch looks like a hairdressing cape) makes me realize why! lol
I bought this jacket in black today, and when I was in the store, it looked like there were a few loose threads. I bought it anyway, thinking that I would inspect it further when I got home. It turns out that the "threads" I thought I saw are actually the down feathers popping through. Very disappointing.

very boring looking for the price
Here's hoping we get a non-puffy winter jacket.

remove the lulu icon on the hood and it's just another puffy jacket for 49.99 on the sale rack at TJMaxx.
