I'll be updating the blog with photos of the latest but I had to dedicate a post to the outrageous price of the new See Me Ride Poncho. It's an eye-popping $198.

Thankfully, that will be the easiest pass yet for me. A note to all of those addicts that have supported recent price hikes in hoodies, vinyasa scarves, and skirts... Look at where we are now. They're making trash bags for $200. Thanks guys!

Dear God that thing looks RIIIIII DICULOUS!!!! Who in their right mind will pay that much to look like a bat?! Ugh Lulu you missed the boat... again!

I'll have to agree with the trash bag with a belt costing $200. Sadly I can see it going to the "We made too much" online section, I just hope nobody buys it haha!

Why? Why is this thing $200.00 and why is it the color of rainy skies. Isn't it called "See Me" Ride. When are they going to figure out that cycling/riding clothes need to be bright colors.

It's $200 because we've taught them we'll pay anything. A strip of running luon with a few snaps is going for $50.

"See me ride", after you've just hit me b/c I'm riding with a road-grey person-hiding gigantic $200 garbage bag.

@ anon3:48 - Oh no, anon. According to studies [as I was told by some some anonymous lulu employee the last time I brought up the lack of bright colors in the lulu cycling jerseys], bright colors don't make you more visible to drivers. What makes you more visible is if drivers know to be watching for cyclists. Riiiiight, and that's why road workers wear grays and not bright orange vests.

bunch of bitches, if you don't like it don't buy it. period

Um anon at 5:05 I'm pretty sure that's the point of this blog is to learn about products and then voice your opinion on them. No one said anything vulgar and I don't see why this would be so offensive to you (to the point that you find it necessary to use profanity). If you don't want peoples opinions on products then don't read blog comments... PERIOD!

Anon 5:05. You're upset at women critiquing a jacket, and you express this by calling them bitches. Oh the irony. I hope it's not lost on you. ;)

anon @ 5:05. do not worry. we are not buying as you could tell. you can have them all...those ponchos. happy halloween!

I work with a business that shares the building with Lululemon world corporate headquarters. I've been watching for the cycle clothing. My question is: are all LLL employees obligated by contract to only wear tank tops, mid-calf capris, wear their hair in a pony tail with a headband, and carry a Starbucks latte? Are they?! I ask because hey are everywhere and they ALL LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME! Are women who dress in LLL clones? I call them the Lemonheads.
