Australian Heads Up - Currant CRB and a new SE CRB

Australian reader, E. (thank you!), sent in some photos of new items that have hit her store. This is a Cool Racerback in Currant. I saw some technikini mesh underwear in Currant in the store yesterday and I am really looking forward to this color. It appears to have less orange in it than Tango Red.

It looks like there will be more Energy bras coming. This is the Energy Bra in Currant Red.

This is a new Special Edition Cool Racerback in what looks like Heathered Persian Purple. Not sure if I like the zipper on the front or not but it might look cute unzipped to show off a colorful Flow Y underneath.

Big buck in the down under!!!
As long as the zipper isn't annoying with bouncy activities could be a sweet lil bonus detail

I agree, the zipper may be cute...I find the seam running down the front alot more annoying!

First off, let me say once again, how much I appreciate the service of this blog! I have a long list of things I want to get from Lulu- mainly some black swan tanks to go with my Black Swan live simply, those reversible WU pants if I can ever find them, and the Black Herringbone Define. However, I just got the GW, two Cabin LS's and the energy bra- and well, I feel like enough is enough. The month before I went crazy with buying everything I could in muted mauve. Seeing the currant is helping me reevaluate any future purchases- I want a Define in that color (fingers crossed)- so I will strike some items off my wish list. I really don't need all this lulu! If only I could wear it to work....

HOly crap that crb is $65?!?! NO THANK YOU! Give me a tank with a build in bra for that much at least! Are you kidding me? This special edition crb looks like you could pick it up at target anyway. zipper looks cheap.

Oh I think they're marked up in Australia? Could someone clarify?

Keep in mind that this picture IS from Australia! Those are in Australian Dollars! :)

however, when I was is Singapore last March on a vacation/yoga retreat, I bought some Lulu tops from Pure Yoga (an authorized Lulu showroom in a yoga studio) and I shelled out $90.00 Singapore dollars each! For something that cost US$58.00. With the exchange rate at that time, it still equates to over US$70.00! I expect the mark up wouldn't be as high if they were from a Lululemon store.

Yes, items in Australia cost more because of the shipping, duties etc.

Even though the currant has less orange than tango red, it is still too orange for my ghostly pale, pinkish skin. This is one color that I would like to see heathered (like that sneak peek of the run swiftly LS that may be heathered currant). I think the heathered would work for me. Hmmm, the zipper; I just don't know if I could pull that off. LLA, I think you should get the Heathered Black Power Y (you mentioned it in the post below). You can never have enough classic blacks!

I don't know, though LLA. The heathered black power Y looks very similar to the luxtreme version....I don't think I'll get this one since I already have the luxtreme (and so have you!) :)

What is hanging next to the crb with the zipper??

@Monkeygirl...i am teacher and now wish I was a gym teacher. I would be so styling at work! oh well, i do wear my wraps and zip up/hoodies to work. I have also worn my studio crops when it is warm in my classroom. -lisa

Anon 8:46 AM- I'm a teacher too :) Thus the need to lay off the purchases for a bit- teacher's salaries don't support lulu addictions!) My administration frowns on casual dress, but I sneak in a jacket now and then! I ordered the GW and hope to wear that to work! I also think the WU's could work as leggings with the right length sweater this winter.

That zipper just looks trashy. There, I said it. Sorry....
