Fleece Jackets: Off the Mat, Run: For It Pullover, and Apres Pullover

Since it's likely it will be uploaded tomorrow, here is one final round of photos of the Off the Mat Jacket to help you decide whether you like it or not.

Photos of the new Run: For It Pullover. People who have tried it on and already have an Alpine Pullover from last year are saying they prefer the Alpine. The RFI has ribbed paneling on the side whereas the Alpine was fleece all the way around. They also don't care for the long zipper.

The Apres Pullover is topping many people's wish lists for tomorrow. Available in black, black swan, and the rumor is, persian purple.

sorry, but wearing the RFI pullover with the hood up makes you look like a teletubby! I tell ya, savin bundles with the stuff coming out lately

I have been waiting for the equivalent of the Alpine pullover to come out for running. The esthetics of the RFI pull are not up to par. I can get something as functional and unattractive at my local MEC for 40% of the RFI price. I am holding out, hoping they make a better looking tech fleece for winter running.

Totally agree with Anon 5:12. Also, I don't get what the big fuss is with the Off The Mat jacket. Have yet to see a pic where it flatters the shape of the person wearing it. I find the sherpa collar too large and overwhelming, whether zipped up or down. Just too much fleece around the neckline, and disproportioned with the body of the jacket. A fleece funnel with sleeves.
I want the currant define but only if is not in the brushed version. Have already read quite a few bad reviews on how bad it pilles after few washes.

Yep agree with the Anon above. The Off The Mat jacket has ridiculous volume around the neck, and it's too open to be practical. If the weather warrants me to wear such a think heavy warm fleece jacket, I think it's probably be too cold for my neck to be pretty much exposed, this jacket is not practical and unflattering on any body type. I am so glad I got to try it on in my store and saw irl how ug it is.

The Lululemon website is again "Taking a Break"?? It's time for the upload guys! Get the new goodies up ASAP. I'm tired of stalking the site for the last 6 hours LOL

Where is the ESD scoop neck?? I thought it would be in todays upload since we've been seeing store pics of it for a few weeks, yet NOTHING..??? I don't live near a store, so I really hope that they're going to put it up next week!

Website won't allow me to open the product pages anyway!

I picked up the Apres Run first, then went back and looked at the Off the Mat. I loved it in the first pictures I saw, though I hated the price. I decided to take the plunge and order it, then I looked at these latest pictures that showed how bulky and huge the neck is. All of the lulu pics I'd seen had managed to make the neck look somewhat normal, so I was so glad to see these pics. Cancelled the order after I saw this. If I'm at the store this weekend and they have one, I might try one on, but otherwise I'll consider it a save for things I'd wear more often and rather have.

I really like the look of the Dance Roll Leggings, but ugh, not for $128. I have had bad luck with lulu's delicate/cashmere blend fabrics anyway, so I'd probably snag these on something within an hour of having them. They also seem like they'd be a pet hair magnet.

And grr, NOW they restock GWs in Black Swan. After I figured they weren't going to restock that color and paid a bit extra to get one from Canada. Oh well. Would have gotten a white one if it'd been Ghost, but the heathered white just looks dingy, to me.

Also, I like the slouchy look of the Savasana Socks, but geez, $42? I'm a knitter, I'll make my own. Thanks for the idea, though, lulu! :P

But how do you get a One Size sock? None of my friends even remotely wear the same shoe size.

I am trying to order a couple of items and no matter what size I enter, it becomes a 2 at checkout. Aaagh!

Anon 7:09, I had the same problem in that first step of checkout when it first adds the items to your bag. No matter what I did, it kept changing my size to a 4. But then I found that if I went on to checkout that the correct size was listed. If you haven't tried to proceed through checkout, that might work.

A scarf for $88???? Are they insane? Love the look of it, however, I am not prepared to pay that ridiculous price.

Luluaddict thanks to your sneak preview of the currant stride I was able to order one online first thing this morning! Bit of a struggle with the new checkout system wanting to sell me a size 2 when I clearly selected a 10...took a few tries to the correct size. Hopefully Lulu can fix this issue!

oh god someone stop/help me, I have to hide the credit card bill from the hubby this month ;) I just got two Run Turn around LS's and a RFI jacket. I had the same issues with the shopping bag and checkout, but once I got to checkout the correct size was listed.
I had a REALLY hard time picking a color for the RFI - Originally i was in love with Currant but the pics of real people in the Persian Purple just won me over so I went with that. Hopefully I'll be happy!

I picked up the the Turn Around LS in persian purple (so pretty). New website is a huge improvement BUT when placing my order for a size 12, it kept reverting to size 2 in the "order edit" box. Looks like my 12 did go through so perhaps just a glitch, but I guess I'm also prepared to receive a size 2 on Saturday!
