New Hot N Sweaty Tanks

I'm reading some reports that people are finding Paris Pink bleeds a bit when they wash it. This seems to be typical of lululemon pinks so be sure to wash Paris Pink with darks and don't layer on top of or underneath lighter colors. I have a pair of Pow Pink technimesh underwear I still be sure to pull out of the wash and hang well away from light colors.

Has anyone seen the slub astro WUs in store? do they fit tight like denim or soft like regular luon? THanks!

Heathered Paris pink in scuba hoodi looks different on both picture :S....

I have the same question as anon 6:35pm. Those are cute slub denim astro WU, but I am wondering about the fit. I find denim WUs so tight that I can't wear them, and if I try to go up a size the waist is too big.
Love the No Limit tank, but not fond of how you can see through the white circle mesh. I'm guessing you'd be able to faintly see your pants through the top and I don't like that look.

I really want lululemon to come out with some heathered Paris pink wunder wunders!!! My one Christmas wish :)

I'm looking to purchase "nicer" workout clothes (I usually wear a baggy t-shirt). I love the look of the CRB and all of the colors. My only worry is about sweat. I sweat A LOT when I do cardio. I SOAK the back and the top of the front my regular cotton shirts within 30 minutes. Should I stick to black and other dark colors (when they're out)?

Thanks!

Lulu Newbie: I sweat a lot as well (used to drench cotton shirts when I started working out too). You'll find you get much less soaked with a proper sweat-wicking fabric, and less skin coverage overall relative to a t-shirt. I workout in all colored tops. Yes, I still sweat and you can see it but nothing wrong with that, means I'm working hard!

You'll love the CRB! Don't limit yourself to dark colors, anon 5:02 is right!

I also would love some pink wunder unders

I read in the comment section of one of the lulu blogs that they will be coming out with Paris Pink WUs- not sure of heathered. I have pow pink WUs from a few years ago and they are fun!

Anonymous said...

Anon: are we talking full length paris pink wunderunders? or just a pink waistband?

Anonymous said...

Not sure... On one of the Lulu blogs someone mentioned in the comment section that they were coming out with PP WUs- no mention as to if it was just waistband or entire item.

@Anon 8:25pm I just tried on the astro WU and i had to size down to a 8 from my normal size 10...the size 10 was too lose in the leg area...I almost brought them until the lady in the fitting room laughed in my face when i told her i wanted to wait on the hustle jacket...the one item i came into the store to try on... In the next month I'm taking a trip to Africa to study abroad & I'm being real careful about my normal spendin habits.. but thats non of her business & for her to be rude well they just lost a sale...since i know exactly what i want ill just go to another lulu store or wait for them online...

want to see Live Healthy wrap in PP!!!!!!!!!!!

anon 10:56 The same thing happened to me when I said I was watching my spending habits, Lululemon staff can be so rude and arrogant at times.

The striped Cabin is not flattering IMO,Lululemon used to do stripes very well but not anymore.

I really would like heathered Paris pink cropped wunder unders, that is what I meant :). If they hv solid ones that cute but not as cute. The heathered Paris pink is waay cuter I think and almost everyone I talk to agrees :) I bet if enough people ask they will make them :) lulu shoppers which one would you pick heathered Paris pink or solid Paris link??;

I have washed my Paris Pink Define jacket with whites and lighter colors and even though the water turns a pinkish hue, color transfer hasn't occurred yet. However I'm sure that the dye used in Paris Pink items could act differently with other people's washing machines/clothes so its probably a good idea for you to do a "test wash" with a lighter Lulu headband or underwear to ensure your Paris Pink items won't bleed onto your other items.

I would not wear heathered paris pink wonder unders or regular paris pink wunder unders.

Anonymous said...

does anyone know if we are going to be seeing any full length astro wu pants?

Anonymous said...

they are doing paris pink wunder unders!!! i saw them in the line plan myself!

Does anyone that owns a CRB have any advice on how the tank should fit. I tried on a size 8 and it was a little big snug, but not uncomfortable at all.. I also tried on a size 10 of couse it was longer and looser. I'm not sure which size I should go with.

When are the pink WUs coming!? An educator just told me they won't be heathered...true? She didnt say when they're getting released! Only pants though no crops. And one more bright color besides pink...don't know which color though.

I was at the Newport Beach store today and they had a much larger final sale rack set up than usual. Size 12 and 10 had the most stuff left. Size 4 was down to just a few pairs of pants. They also had a whole rack of Defines on sale. Most were black with a dark pattern (can't remember what the pattern is called but I remember the reviews on this blog were that it looked like stains, so I guess they didn't sell well). I ended up getting a heathered mauve CRB for $19 and a v-neck swiftly for $24.

Just looked it up--I think it was the nesting bird pattern for the Defines on the sale rack.

So excited for Paris pink Wu's!!! Wish it was heathered Paris pink though :(

I am definitely going to get the Paris Pink WUs. You just made my day! Sure, they are crazy and bright but some days I like a little bit of crazy.
Anon 4:24pm, people wear the crb in different ways - some like it snug, some a bit loose, and some in between. Choose the fit you are most comfortable with. I like mine fitted (but not super tight) but sometimes if I buy a lighter color that is less forgiving, I buy the next size up.

Got the Hot N Sweaty tank in Coal/Tinted Canvas. So cute! As someone commented earlier, this tank is a tricky fit for us who are small chested, (I am 32A). Tried the Paris Pink. Loved the color but the chest area has too much fabric-hence the "empty" look for me. However, the Coal/Tinted Canvas fit really nicely. Perhaps it's the combination of pattern and slightly softer feel to the fabric, it works! I am delighted!! For my Paris Pink fix, I got the full neon bright Paris Pink in the Scoop Neck and the Heathered Paris Pink Flow Y bra. The heathered version is really nice. Toned down the brightness of the pink a notch or two, but still a very upbeat color. I know there's a bunch of you that are sick of the heathered look, but give this one a try (if you like pink, that is..) and see for yourself. It's very pretty. Saw the Glacier Lace in the Lively Tees. Very nice, but I am waiting for the Scuba, No limit and CRB in this print. The educators at my store is not pushy at all. Pleasant and helpful as ever. Love them! :)

As much as I love the Paris Pink (bought a bra in it yesterday), I CANNOT imagine it looking good in a wunder under on anyone over the age of 12.

HI I am a relatively new lulu addict. I have a couple scubas and a couple cabin long sleeve. This weekend I tried on the long sleeved run swiftly and loved it, although I didnt buy it. Do these tend to sell out quickly? Do new colors come out regularly in run swiftly?

Hi fellow addicts! I was wondering if anyone can help me...I need to buy a new yoga mat for my hot vinyasa classes and have been looking into which is the best brand for minimal slipping without a towel. I am mainly debating between the lulu 'the mat' or one of the manduka mats. Any suggestions or thoughts?

Anonymous said...

I have not used the Manduka mat but I just purchased "The Mat" and I love it. No slipping at all. I use the Manduka towel over it however as my hot yoga studio requires a towel. Honestly, the towel occasionally gets in the way and I would almost prefer the mat without a towel. I have had no problems with slipping however it does change color with sweat, but it goes away once it is dry. I would recommend it.

I have The Mat, and I find it too heavy (over 5 lbs). I don't slip, but I hate it's weight.

I am in the US (michigan to be exact) and I was wondering if anyone knew if the upload is going to be tonight at midnight or if it is going to be tomorrow and what time. Would appreciate any news :)

I absolutely love the mat for hot yoga. The best!!

Thanks for the mat info! :)

@ Anon 6:35- I bought the slub astro/wunder unders. I bought my regular size 8. However, they are slightly snugger than regular luon. I tried on the paris pink to confirm. But I personally felt it sucked everything in more and was not restricting and would stick to regular size. And I always think a little more substantial fabric is more forgiving of any lumps on thighs.

I've been hoping for 'Elevation Space Dye' Wunder Under crops. I think it would be great to have those pink stripes for a bit of colour. But pure Paris Pink ones would be way too much for me. Maybe if they were reversible to black.. I guess it's unlikely to get the stripes if they're really doing a solid pink :(

If I see someone over 11 wearing a sparkly pink scuba, or solid pink wunder unders, I'm just going to assume you didn't have a childhood.

Anonymous said...

If lululemons girls line comes out with heathered Paris pink wunder unders I will buy!!! Loved the POW pink Wu's. They were very popular! :)

Anonymous said...

So I guess according to Anon 5:39, after the age eleven you are restricted to wear dull colors and cannot have any fun or you will be pinned for a child... Got it.

Thank God, I love bright colors! I remind myself to embrace my inner child, and could care less what other people say! Phew!!

Bring on the Pinks Lulu!!!
- Just ordered the Pink Sparkle hoodie, btw, and I'm well over 11 with an awesome childhood!
