NEW! Turn Around Vest

New down-filled, reversible Run: Turn Around Vest. It comes in Black/Heathered Black/Grey Houndstooth and Black Swan/Heathered Black Swan/Grey Houndstooth. It seems to work better in some photos than others. I think I like it better than the Turn Around Jacket.

I wish Lulu would stop using down in their puffy jackets, it makes it hard for vegans to support the brand. Besides, synthetics are amazing nowadays, we don't need feathers! I'd buy a vest in every color if it weren't for the use of animal products :(

Anonymous - Ugh I know! Not only that, but, do they not realize that when down is wet (or damp from sweating during a run) that it loses it's pile and warmth? It is useless in the cold weather once it gets damp. Down is great for casual wear and duvets - that's about it! There are so many wool/technical fabric combos that will keep you warm even when damp.

This makes me think that lululemon doesn't put as much thought in to their product as we may think.

After seeing several different educators wearing this I think it looks like one incredibly unflattering vest. It flattens out some parts of the female figure and bulks up others and in all the wrong places, making them all look like 12 year old boys.

I love the vest. I have tried on about 10 different down vests in the last 3 weeks and none worked for me. I am definitely going to try this one. I think it looks cute in some of the photos. I intend to wear it not for running, but as an extra layer to keep me warm over my live simply.

The vest is so cute...but you are right on, there are so many alternatives to down now!

The vest doesn't seem all that flattering in these pictures. Maybe cuter in person...? Definitely wouldn't wear it for running. Will stick with my running vests from North Face and Brooks that are more practical and cute at the same time.

I have been looking for a cold weather running vest so was eager to try this on today. The verdict: this isn’t it! Agree with the above reviewer that there are other running vests that are more suitable for the sport in terms of fit/styling. Additionally, it only has one small inaccessible exterior pocket, which is not terribly practical. For those who are interested in fit, I felt it ran a bit on the smaller side.

I purchased a black vest today. Love it. I am curvy and it fits nicely and is very flatering. Very light and fits TTS. Not a full-on winter down vest though. Just a nice thin and light vest that works in milder climates.
