I really like the lines of the new Recognition pant. Has anyone tried it on? Does the waist run weirdly large like the It's a Cinch crop? I can't wait to give these a try.

ooooh the bottom looks similar to the tadasana pants!! I find grooves/astros are too bell bottomy. not a fan of the cinching feature though.. odes nothing for me
These REALLY look like a pair of Lulu pants that I bought several years back. I want to say they were called the Origami pant but I can't say for certain. Anyway, waist was the same idea but the bottoms of the pants I have are a bit more flared.
I've been looking for some pants for around town and around the house, and am definitely going to try these. I might just leave the waistband uncinched. Grooves and Astros don't work for me, so hopefully this will!
@anon 7:22AM - Agree with you. Looks like the pants I received for xmas maybe 4 years ago. Mine was fox/herringbone/tweed looking. Love the two cinches up front of the waist and they are nothing like the Cinch Crop, which are weird looking. I think the Cinch crop has too wide and loose waistband to work.
They look a lot like the Yoga pant which I bought about 4 years ago. They have the same cinch waist. Is that the pant everyone is thinking about? They are one of my favorite pants.
Yes! Mine was the Yoga Pant* G*R, (not sure what the GR means and don't ask me how or why, I found the round tag), but you are absolutely right!. Love those.
These run a size small.
I think they are cute!!!!!! I've been waiting for pants with a pretty bright pink!
I tried these on today. They fit TTS for me, but the fit was a teeny bit smaller than my usual 8. If you are between sizes, you may have to size up for these.
Loved the way they fit through the legs. They are REALLY long and have a drawstring at the hem for cinching them up. Ultimately, that was the reason I didn't get them. Too bunchy at the bottom. If I do decide to get them, I'll have them hemmed and lose the drawstring.
Yes, they remind me of my Tadasana pants. I could live without the drawstring at the waist but I brought them home. :) I do like the drawstring at the bottom.
I def. did not size up, if anything, I sized down. I recently starting buying luon pants (i.e. Astros) in a size smaller than what I typically get in luxtreme tights.
OK well these are try on pants ladies because I experienced the same thing as anon @11:33 am and had to size up.
Tried these on yesterday and love them! The rise is nice and high!!!!
