It looks like a little girls bathing suit and that would not look flattering on a lady.
Looks like it was meant to go with the tutu they made in October. I wouldn't wear this if it was free.
hideous. and between the deep v neckline and racerback and mesh it is useless from a function standpoint. If all you want is reflectivity there are better options than this disaster.
Hideous, and completely nonfunctional. If it were a bright color - say flash - you'd at LEAST have visibility on it. In black? With no pockets? Meh.
