NEW! Ebb and Flow Tank

Just spotted in stores - the new Ebb and Flow Tank. For some reason this tank is $64. This material looks kind of like the knit Patagonia makes it's bra tops from. It's hard to tell from this photo. It also comes in Black and Deep Indigo. (Thanks to Tonya-Lynn for the photo.)

It also looks a lot like the Athleta seamless tanks that they sell in their "bra" section of the website.

Yes - true.

I don't think this is going to be a popular tank. Even on very thin people I'd imagine that this will show every little lump and bump. Maybe this was meant more for an under shirt? If so, there's no way I'd pay $64 for it. I'm kind of disappointed because I wanted a more fitted tank, but not this fitted!

I agree...looks too fitted to me too.

Need to see this on someone. Can't seem to visualize how it will fit. I also thought we were over the Paris Pink obsession...I am ready for new colors and ones that don't bleed. Very unimpressed with the random tanks being priced at $64. I just don't get why some tanks are regular price and then BAM...the next one is $64. Makes me think someone just pulls random tanks out of a hat as says "this one will be worth $64".

Haha...would like to point out that this is practically a bandini tank with adjustable straps. Lulu version $64. Barely there version found at Target $17:

I know it isn't *exactly* the same...but its pretty close dontcha think?

So far this tank looks like a Bebe Sport tank but it's too hard to tell because for the price, I would expect more!

Anon 3:53 I agree. It totally looks like shapewear. Maybe they have decided to enter the spanx market lol.

it looks like the old hatha tank -- I had the black one and it faded terribly -- it was like a cami -- i picked it up on ebay for $14 -- definitely not worth 64 IMO -- maybe there are some super features, like adds a cup size or whittles away 10 pounds!!!

Momof6 - I'd pay $64 if it added a cup size AND removed 10lbs....

errr Momof5. Sorry! My monitor sucks! I didnt mean to add on one child!

@3:53, I totally agree. For underwear, I'll take the cheap stuff -- which often doesn't feel or fit cheaply at all.

There are some things that Lululemon does better -- some fabrics, some cuts, some nice tailoring details. And those I'll splurge on and obsess over. But so much of it is pedestrian, and laughable for the price.

My favorites from Lulu are the Define, Cuddle Up with fur neck, and some of the scoops (though the knockoffs at Marshall's are very close in quality, so I have some of them, too -- just got one on clearance for $10. They even had a Paris Pinky one on clearance today, but it's not my color.)

Oh, love the Chasse Tight & Recognition Pant, too.

I like the TaTa Tamer, too, but some of the other brands are coming very close in support/style for far less. I love when people share tips on those in these comments.

Hi Momof7!
