Store Trip Report: Solid Lavender Dusk Practice Freely Tank

I got a chance to visit the Santa Monica and Brentwood stores today and saw a few new things. It looks like the new arrivals for today were Practice Freely Tanks in solid Lavender Dusk and Aquamarine with the Discover Stripe bra. The stores also got Flow Y bras in the Discover Stripe pattern. I really like Lavender Dusk and hope there will be other tanks in this new color. I ended up buying the Wunder Under crops in Indigo Denim. I liked them when I tried them on last week but left them at the store. I kept thinking about them, though, and decided to get them today. I've read comments that say they soften up with washing.

Glad that you decide to get the deep indigo denim WU crop. I love mine and yes, they do soften up after a couple of washes. At least mine did, but I didn't mind it, to begin with.m :)

I'm wearing my indigo denim WUs now- I bought 2 pairs and honestly, I'm regretting them now. They snag like crazy! My cat put her paws on my leg today to get some attention (very gently) and put a big snag in them (and I keep her claws trimmed). That has happened 2 times and a grocery basket put another tiny snag in them as well (all in the 2 days!) Luckily, I was able to pull the snags through to the other side so its not noticeable, but for $78 it is a major pain to worry about ruining them all the time. Lately there have been so many quality control issues with Lululemon that I'm not surprised to hear them anywhere- not sure why I am still buying their stuff.

Are you serious, Anonymous? Omg. I have a pair of the WU crops, but haven't taken the tags off. I was even considering ordering the full length ones...

Lavender Dusk looks similar to Grapeseed. I like it.

and how is lavender dusk any different from grapeseed, lilac or any other pale purple we've seen in the last few color palettes? good lord, can I get a green for once? green, like grass, green? green, like "go", green? green, like "other than purple, pink, gray, or blue" green? thank you, vent complete...

I didn't like my indigo denim wonder unders. They looked beautiful in the pictures, but once I had them on, then looked a lot less blue. I don't know. I just didn't like them. I'm definitely wishing that I had ordered the black denim ones instead :(

I totally agree Anon 5:49!!! I want GREEN GREEN GREEN! Savage green was by far the most gorgeous! I'm still waiting... hopefully soon!

I WANT GREEN TOO! I knew i couldn't be the only person who like green!!
i'm hoping they will have a bright, true green for march!! i'm sick of the yellow's they try to pass off as green.

I would also very much like a green. I'm too new to lulu to have any of the past greens. I want something in the neighborhood of a jungle or kelly green. Leaping leprechaun green.... not green disguised as black with scribble designs....GREEN! So glad that others would also like a great green. Consider this vent over...for now:-)

I hope the lulu design team is taking notes, especially the guy who created the Unicorn Tears print (and I believe Glacier Lace?). Please wow us again with any of the ideas listed above.

Would SO love a green print - just get crazy with it. Also +1 for yellows and a return of reds and saturated teals (such a nice combo together!).

I don't care much for green, but I'd love to see a buttercup yellow. Even if they had a kelly green, I'd just be excited to give my wallet a break and see a color other than purple!!!!!

Yes! Buttercup yellow, nice orange with a zing and a good, honest green. Most of the colors lately just looked like a repeat of a very recent past. Oh, and I am so over stripes too. Like em, but have too many already!
