More Comments on the Upload

The more I look at this the more I think this tank is new, too. The color looks similar to the gym bag:

I wish this scuba was solid Wee Are From Space print or had ultraviolet as an accent color. I don't totally love it with the black but I am very tempted.

I also wish this had ultraviolet as an accent color. When I unzip a top to reveal the bra it's boring if only black shows.

Two pretty new swiftlys (the two tone comes in a short sleeve, too). I get the appeal of a white swiftly but I am worried about it dulling and yellowing under the armpits.

Two new pants were uploaded to the website - Trikonasana pant and Power House crops. Neither appeal to me too much. I seem to be on a print Wunder Under kick lately.

i briefly considered the print scuba, too, but i don't care for the strong contrast with the black.

what's going on LL? the design team has been having too many off-days (or months) lately!

Hahaha, for the scuba I actually like the black details and if this weren't $128 (and if the zipper were black too), I'd consider it - it would be a huge color leap for me! But then again my big jump to color from wearing all black (and some gray) for years is I ordered two indigo pieces and one aquamarine in the past month! I do wish I hadn't been MIA during black swan, think I could handle that too! :-)

Also found that currant catches my eye on eBay - is that a true nice red? My art school eyes don't trust these limited web colors!

Now, if they made that scuba in the coal space....hmmmm....that might be neutral enough color-wise for me!

I love that there are new LS swiftly colors and ADORE two-tone swiftlys, but.......I really don't want a white one. Hoping that they come out w/ more colors, esp two-tone ones! I almost bought the UV/white one but I am a little hesitant to buy white. I think gray would've looked better.

Yikes! The white LS swiftly may dull or yellow? Now I am a bit nervous, as I ordered it, and the lavender this morning.

Is this a common/possible problem associated with white Lulu stuff, or more specifically this material? Any precautionary measures I can take? I was just hoping for an easy go to white top, but if this is an issue...well I guess I hope there will be some kind of crop with yellow to tie in to my pit stains:)

I have several white items from lulu, including last year's pale pink and white swiftly. I've had no issue with yellow staining, but apparently it has to do with the amount of aluminum in the deodorant you use? Never been an issue for me at any rate, and I adore my two-tone swiftly.

i second anonymous 10:48. ever since i switched to a raw coconut cream instead of my favorite deodorant (cashmere mist) two years ago, i've had zero yellowing staining cases. it used to be so bad that i would have to toss my tees and button-up shirts after less than two seasons of wear.

food stains, however, are an entirely different problem ;)

Love the white swiftly! Been waiting for this. I am notbat all worried about yellowing.

I'm kind of surprised that the white swiftly took this long to come along! It seems like kind of a staple.. And imagine how cute it would be with PP wunders or speeds?! It would also be super cute layered under a tee like the Run: Turn Around SS or something for cool spring runs when it's too warm for a coat. Just don't eat lunch in it ;)

The bag is really cute! It reminds me of my Velocity Bag from years ago in Jelly Bean and.. maybe bubble gum pink? Come to think of it, the pink colour looks a lot like Jelly Bean!

I am quite new to the Lululemon world and quite excited for it, but is it just me or the website does not have as much variations as the stores? I live in the Maritimes and the closest store to me is in Halifax which is almost 5 hours away! I have ordered online and still waiting for them to come in. I'm hoping to love Lulu like so many of you, but if they are leaving things out from their online store how is this fair for people who just can't make the trip down...

OT-
I received my gray Ebb & Flow crops today and they are defective. They look like they have grease stains running down the legs and in the crotch area. I have two other crops with that issue - my plum WU and some coal WU. When I bought the plum and coal I thought the lines (there is one line on each crop) were from the crop being folded. But, lo and behold, they are there to stay. The Ebb & Flow have major greasy lines running down them; I can't believe they made it past Quality Control. What a bummer. So check your lulu items carefully, and if something has a suspcious mark like I saw, it may not come out in the wash. EFs are going back and I am not paying for shipping.

I absolutely LOVE the trikonasa pant! Left the store with all three colors. They are comfortable and stylish--I left the snaps undone so they flare out at the bottom. Will practice in them tomorrow and update.

I like the zipper on the scuba, I agree that the black detailing would have looked better in the same color that the zipper is.

I do not know what is going on with LULU lately. They are not making as many good crops or bras in the styles and colors that people want.
I find that the ebayers grab all the goods to sell online before I even have a chance to see what it is!
My size is sold out all the time, and WHY, WHY in the world would LULU not make more? It is maddening!
And then they make these crazy pants and weird jackets, how about just some CRB, deep V bras, wunder unders in colors that people are asking for - and make enough to go around? I don't get it.

I wish there was a way to fix the whole Ebay problem. on Tuesdays, I always jump on right when I wake up in the morning. Usually sometime between noon-3, everything sells out. That is absolutely ridiculous.

I can't even speculate on if I want something. It's essentially "hey, better by this now or it'll be gone in a few hours..."

Ugh ):

Nothing for me this week and good thing! This is my first week not buying anything since October- eek! I am going to save up for lots of items in the pink/red color!! I hope they make a heathered define and crb in that color- and I must have that scarf!!

That is why I stay up until midnight (mountain time) on upload nights- its also the only way itll arrive to me by Friday. It's pretty ridiculous that it has to come to that (and that im willing to do it week after week.)

Hi - Can anyway tell me what time they are usually doing the uploads? Is it really midnight? I am in mountain time as well...
Thanks!

I really wanted solid SS and LS Ultraviolet Swiftly shirts and a solid or heathered UV CRB...bummed that there's a color I finally love and they aren't making it in anything I like! :(

I second this! We should complain on Lululemon fb wall or something.. These ebayers are snatching everything up and pricing these items ridiculously.. As if the items weren't already marked up on the lulu site we have to haggle with the ebayers.

2 things: First, I thought I was the only person crazy enough to wait up on upload nights for Nu Lulu! :) So freaking funny that there are others out there doing the exact same thing. Second, the person who commented that it's the aluminum that causes yellowing is absolutely correct. I used to have the problem with every white shirt I owned, but once I switched to deodorant ONLY (the problem is with the antiperspirant part of the equation), I never experienced it again. Any "Antiperspirant Deodorant" will have aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex as the active ingredient, which causes the yellowing. Stick to deodorant only (and get a prescription for topical overnight antiperspirant to use in the interim to kill the sweat) and I promise, no more yellow underarms, ever!
