Photos: White Slub Denim Groove Pants

Photos of the new White Coal Fossil Dune Slub Denim Groove Pants. Lulu hasn't had white denim grooves in a few years. They are sharp-looking.

Heads up: For those of you waiting for the lovely Ride On Rain Jacket in Dazzling, good news! It's heading for markdown. Had been pulled of the site today. Only dazzling though.

Nice to see white! I have a white denim jacket from last year
May have to check these out!

Do you think they will have white denim wunder unders?!?

Same question here. I am hoping for a white denim WU crop!

i'm alaways afraid of white, i think guys always stare up front and from behind b/c everything's a bit more visible...

@anon 6:41- I ordered the white denim grooves and I, too, am a iittle afraid of "white" - but Lulu makes everything look better :) I'm hoping these grooves will look as good as the white coal fossil grooves (so flattering for light-colored pants!!)

I loved the white grooves, and thought long and hard about them, and when I saw them flying out of stock, I thought longer and harder about them. But then I also thought about them accidentally dragging the ground, and accidentally spilling a drop of tea, and my children accidentally having an accident:)... So I looked off.
I'm sad, because I love how clean and fresh they look.

So I'm resigned to white YCC and DS crops.
But if white denim WU's come out, I'm all over them.

OT-what happened to all the white pure balance tanks? Vanished!?

The white grooves are super sharp. I think I'd trash them though. I love the flash jacquard speed shorts too.

I have been eating and drinking my way through a three week break and have not been working out- as a result I'm feeling the pudge! I have decided I am not allowed to buy any more lulu until I lose 15lbs- the reason being that it might fit different then ;) I think this is a good motivator and wallet saver :D

Let's see if I can do it...

I'm in love with these pants!! I'm so happy I ordered them although I'm sure I'll stain them somehow. Now for my order to change from "processing" to "shipped"!! Refresh, refresh, refresh...

i'm not so much worried about staining them, just in past experience i've seen white in the gym (and on the beach) and it leaves little or none to the imagination. you could clearly see EVERYTHING up front... i'm not shy (i'm assuming if you're wearing lulu to begin with, you're not...), but i personally don't like seeing women walk down the street with their #%@$^ in full display.

i think any light color, particularly outside in bright sunlight is a little more revealing, but if you're not "going commando" or wearing lacy or crotchless panties you will be fine...

OT- LLA: I know a few days back you posted a link about the IT band strap that you bought... and just a word of caution.. though I have found in the past those do work nicely, it really is just a band-aid to a bigger problem and if your IT band is bothering you I recommend a foam roller as well as doing strength exercises to strengthen the muscles causing the imbalance and pain.

Have you seen the heather flash vinyassa scarf for sale anywhere?? Another blogger has it in photos, but I'm not sure which store the pics are from, or if any stores in the states have it??

Why oh why don't they have a long version of these?? I've had the hem let all the way out of regular, and it's just not quite enough length for me. I feel like fewer colors are coming out in the long length. I'm only 5'5" but all legs I guess.

Hi I am realatively new to lulu. I have the crops and the scubas and the yogi and swiftly long sleeved . Now I am looking into getting tanks. I like the looks of the CRB but not sure about what bra to wear. Also are there other tanks you love. I normally do spin, cardio and a little bit of weights.
I am normally a size 6 34b. Do they run tts? Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has seen the new City Practice Pants in stores yet?! Very excited for these.

Anon 11:04 - I think they're tts. I wear a size 8 in CRBs (same as ls swiftlys and all other tops/bras except loose pullovers). If it helps I'm about 36b, 5'8" and 135lbs, relatively slim, mostly leg, and wide shoulders (think that might bump me up a size in tops sometimes). Good luck!

@ Anon 11:04

I'm 5'9" and a 34B. I've found that the CRB is TTS. I'm a swimmer and have huge shoulders and so have tried both a 6 and an 8 in the CRB. The 8 is looser around the middle and fits, though is on the baggier side. I would say the 6 is perfectly snug. For reference I have a 27" waist.

Hope that helps!

Call the GEC about the scarf and ask if any store has it in your area. I just did. It hasn't hit Houston yet, but I was told to check back at the end of the week.

The white groove fabric is very thick. I can't see anything through my Recognitions. Maybe if I wore red panties I could. But otherwise, I think it's safe. I do feel they make me look bigger, though, and my legs are very slim. Not sure if I'll keep them, for that reason.

The white denim recognition I bought today, but didn't have time to try at the store, will be going back tomorrow. The fabric is, I'm going to say, slightly tighter than TTS, but in a good way if you like snug bottoms. But that's not why they are going back. They snag! The pair I brought home already had a snag in them. I'm a big fan of the swiftly T's, but I have to draw the line at snags in my $100 bottoms too! (Not see through as anon 4:19 pointed out if you are concerned about that)

Personally I love wearing a full pant, and I like the recognition for wearing between training sessions, but I can see that the back seam of the groove would be a more flattering style on me. Way too warm and thick of a fabric to practice in, but I think the new "City" something (?) pant would be great in this....but it's a lot of lightness on the bottom so I'd be open to buying them in a crop...but then the snagging issue...

So much new stuff is being introduced for the Spring I'll just have to buy stuff I know looks great on me, no reason to settle.

Anon 4:54- I had the same problem with the indigo denim slub wunder unders. Very annoying to have to be so careful with a pair of pants that expensive. Mine snagged when a grocery basket brushed up against them.

Thanks for noting the snag problem, 4:54 & 6:55. I've never had that fabric before. I think I will return mine. I don't want to be worrying about everywhere I go or sit. I was worried already about the light color with regard to dirt & stains.
