Sharp-eyed reader C-lyn spotted a new Bruised Berry bag (Sackasana?) in the web photo of the Amuse Me Pant. Thanks!

I don't know how she does it but this model makes ANYTHING look good. I can't believe she even makes the Amuse me pants look very wearable. She's so pretty!
I have to agree. Those trousers are totally crazy, but this model makes everything look good.
I must add I was in Spain recently and saw someone wearing very similar trousers in bright purple with a white tank. She carried it off quite well, though she was clearly in her early 20s, had some really nicely done thick blonde dreads, some gorgeous boho jewellery, and could probably get away with anything she put on. She was also walking two gigantic dogs the size of small horses, so I doubt any critiques would have come her way.
Not that that makes me want to rush off and buy a pair today mind you, but 20 years ago I might have considered it.
I'm glad you mentioned that about seeing someone wearing them in Spain. I'm in Europe and travel through the main capitals often for business. I was the one who a while ago said, people in Europe DO wear these pants!! Here is where Lululemon send their designers to get their "inspiration" as I read on the lulu blog last year, when their people went to Fashion shows in Milano and I believe Frankfurt. For some reason, all the women I have seen wearing them, wear them nicely! Nonetheless, I would not put this on to step out of my house, as comfy as they must be in all that Vitasea fabric.
I checked these pants out at the union square store and I reeally am tempted to get them. The material is nice and soft, I love the waist. These pants are versatile, and if you get tired of the genie look you can always turn them into a skirt and make headbands out of the extra fabric. it will look so cute with the namaste top or just a bikini top.
Personally I think these pants are great! They're great cover-ups for to and from or beachwear (especially if you want to minimize the packing), and they remind me of the drishti pant (which I absolutely ADORE). Hammer time done right!
