Does anyone know if the pacesetters will be available in tall?

ooh energy bra in angel blue? it will be mine. fave bra ever.
really hoping for a caspian define!!
and if there are any crb's...not currant. my mom has the one from december and while the color looks beautiful next to her face, it's not my thing, i only like in small accent pieces, like the energy bra i ordered w/ last week's upload. i think that will look great with a caspian crb, when they upload it!!

UGH….loving the currant color right now and I just have to say no!!!! Trying to buy new furniture and need to sell the Lulu i have…some with tags still on them!

OT…any ideas other than eBay on where to sell items?

@ Christie - People have stated they saw tall versions of both new pacesetters in the store

@ TLP -if you are in Canada Kijiji is popular. There are also the various lulu-oriented Swap/Sale Facebook groups if you are on facebook.

I might like that tank, but not the luon light. The bra pads are pretty obvious, and I hate wearing them when working out, which means not wearing them would be just as obvious....

OT but any word on the sheerness of the currant WU crops?

Anonymous said...

MY currant WUs were pretty sheer. You can definitely see the tag. I still havent decided what to do with them. Have we heard of any bleeding issues with the currant WUs?

I have the currant energy bra coming too and was wondering whether anyone has heard any other bleeding stories for that bra (Aside from the Superficial Endeavors blog). Im thinking Im just going to return it rather than have to even think about dealing with any bleeding issues. Especially now that I know a blue is coming!

OT: Missy Franklin was just on the Olympics wearing a currant power dance tank. New or old?

my currant WUCs were totally shear.

Thanks La. I hope to see the tall tonight.

Annon 6:17 http://mysuperficialendeavors.blogspot.ca/ had bleeding with her currant energy bra. Not sure about WUs though. Seems like a bit of a gamble...

I love the colors in the waistband of the slub denim astro bands. I would love to see those in WU's! I'd also love to see the cranberry ziggy pattern in that headband in some tops and bottoms.

Oppss! LOL. Guess I should have continued reading your paragraph! Duh!

I'm only buying denim luon until they fix the fabric. Haven't heard of any denim bleeding, and it's nice and thick so no sheerness issues. But since I don't want a whole whack of exactly-the-same things, I won't be buying much at all.

So sad. I love love love currant. Hoping there's a red denim coming out (as rumoured???)!

Do you think they will release other colours in the virtous tank?! :)

Anonymous said...

I have a currant energy bra from the previous release and it does not bleed. What is with the change?

I hope there is a new CRB tonight. WHY no new ones lately? I mean when LULU gets it right, they get it RIGHT.
I think that is why a lot of us keep going back despite some quality and customer service issues.
But WHY in the world does Lulu insist on making new tops that either create arm chub, back fat or look like maernity wear?

Not a fan of the virtuous tank, definitely too high in the front, but I do really like the back. I'm hoping for a tank I like in currant, I could use some red in my workout wardrobe.

I also forgot to list the XL CRB's in both ziggy prints, and the regular CRB in the fossil chevron/zig zag stripe pattern. The XL CRB's are really heavy in weight of the luon. The fossil chevron is of course high poly content.

What stores has the Energy Bra been spotted in? I'm in MA and thinking about making the hour long trip to Lulu... Energy Bras would make it a much easier decision!

Also, does this run seem slightly smaller than the last one? I have the lilac from a while back in size 6, but it's a bit too big. I was able to nab a size 4 in black before it sold out online last week, but it is substantially smaller than my 6. So much so, that I would assume if I had gotten it in a 6 it still would have been smaller than my older one. Anyone notice a size difference this time around?

They've re-released the current CRB on the Australian site.

I have the currant Energy bra from last year and have had absolutely no problems with it. Sad to hear that this re-release is shoddy.

I have a currant WUC and it's not sheer on me. Didn't see a tag when I did a bend test.

I soaked it before wearing and initially the water was clear but when I squeezed the fabric of excess water, it bled a bit. I don't know if it was just excess dye because when I soaked and squeezed again, no more bleeding. Loaded it in the washing machine and watched over it to check for bleeding (I know, ridic!) and water was all clear.

I'm keeping it since I really love the color but will nevertheless, stick to dark colors until I'm satisfied it won't bleed.

Missy Frankin's currant power dance tank is from the first release. She's been wearing a red slipless headband in some of the footage too.

Anon 7:06 -- I have a Paris Pink Energy Bra and just got a black one last week as well... I am a size 6 and I just tried it on and I would say it fits pretty much exactly the same as my Size 6 Paris one. Hope that helps!

Woah, woah, WOAH. An Energy Bra in Angel Blue?!? Hallelujah! Would absolutely love to see that uploaded tonight! Tiffany, so appreciate the store report!

Thank you, Anon 7:21!

Can any Energy Bra lovers comment on the fit/support of the Trinity Bra? Looks like it may be coming in more colors tonight. The pop orange on the Aussie site looks lovely!

V tank looks like a boob smasher & pit fat maker... yuck.

Lana said...

Virtuous tanks: tried them on tonight and the back is super cute but the front is a major boob smasher and pit chubber. Bummer.

The ziggy WU's would be cute with a long bum-hugging sweater & uggs for fall but not much else.

An Angel Blue define and/or Caspian define would cause me to spend all my grocery money on Lulu and live on PB&J for a week.

But not this week!

Saw the Daily Tank in Caspian Blue. Hopefully they make a CRB in Caspian Blue since the Daily Tank straps don't stay on my shoulders.

Anon 5:51 - Got the Pacesetter in Caspian Blue today in store. It's the Tall version.

@Lana: I tried the Virtuous Tank too. I totally agree with you. Love the back but dislike the front.

There were two new headbands in the Wee Ziggy Print. I know one version is the Wee Ziggy Caspian Blue. The other one is a Wee Ziggy also but has red tones to it.

Ended up buying the Caspian Blue pacesetter, Currant & Power Purple Speed Squad Tank, and the Power Purple Track Time Crops. Might return the crops only because it's $98; kind of expensive compared to the $86 Inspire Crops which I love.

Tried on the Virtuous Tank in Currant today. It is a boob smasher but I don't have boobs so it worked for me (but I did size up). I decided not to get it and will be getting the Currant Power Y instead (none in my store today...grrr!). I ended up getting the Caspian Pace Setter and it looks fabulous with my Bruised Berry Swift racerback.
