Spotted In Stores - New Headband Style

New bow headband spotted in the store. I don't have a name yet. It's cute but I'm definitely not the market for this one. Here are some amusing comments about it:

  • Ivivva should make this.

  • Cute for my 4&8 yr olds but bows are in fashion

  • Is lulu doing a Hello Kitty theme? [My personal favorite]

Thanks to Stacy for the photo.

I keep trying to make headbands look cool on me - unfortunately they do not stay on my head unless I have them going right through above my eyebrows in the middle of the forehead bandana style! I feel like the Red Sonja or Karate Kid! LOL - this bow would not enhance my bad@$$ look!!

I wish I could pull-off headbands. They are very unflattering on me. No worries. I save $ not buying them. This one could be cute w/ the right outfit/hairdo. Definitely made with an "ocean" in mind.

I've tried every slipless headband (including all the lulus) and the only ones that work for me are sweaty bands - http://www.sweatybands.com

I have thick slippery asian hair and these literally do not move! Super comfortable because it's part ribbon and part elastic so they aren't tight around the head.

They also have deals all the time!

theyve had these at american apparel for a while. they also have a bow-free version there for $4.

I agree! I heart sweaty bands! They are the only ones I wear!!

So..... Maybe these are left over from their Barbie line? :)

THANKS for the 411 about the Sweaty Bands website. I found a local retailer and if they work as well as you say, I'll be a convert. The information I've gotten off of this board is, hands down, the best.

I really appreciate all of the honest assessments and evaluations.

I think these are darling. My daughter is a dancer and will love these for sure.

I am a BIC bands lover. They do not move and they donate to charity with each purchase. Love!

@ anon 9:32 pm - There are a couple of lululemon Facebook fan groups. Those are "boards" I refer to/get the comments from.
