More WMTM--Coco Softshell is down to $99. Holy cow, that's a bargain!! Wonder why the significant markdown...It's gorgeous but I'd never wear it. Hope somebody else can scoop it up and work it!

Coco softshell jacket on wmtm marked down to 99$ woohoo i wanted this jacket so bad but i would have never paid $228 for it, i scooped a cashew one up, so happy, this is what the price should have been in the first place maybe theyll mark the vests down next.

Love the Star Runner LS, going to have to get one. Hope they'll make it in a half zip version. "Meh" on the shorts. I don't need any more shorts and I'm not a fan of the pockets on the sides. Although I think it's a great option for people wanting pocket(s) on the sides vs. in the back, for crossfit and so forth. It's nice that LLL seems to be responding to those requests.

The Coco Softshell jacket is now on WMTM in all colours and all sizes at $99.00 in both Canada and the US

I have been wanting the Coco soft-shell, but was not willing to pay the original price. Imagine my surprise when I scooped up TWO (currant and black) for the price that I would have originally paid for one. That is a huge markdown--I have something isn't seriously wrong with these jackets, but I didn't see any quality related posts online, only that it runs boxy. Whoo-hoo! Two nice jackets for under $200.

Received my Angel Blue define today and it is GORGEOUS! Love love it! So soft and a beautiful color. Also received the Bordeaux DSC. they are gorgeous as well. Really rich deep color. Highly recommend both items if you can get your hands on them!!

Was in a store today. Scored the Pigment Blue CRB in my size 2, has sold out quickly. This colour is beautiful. Glad to have it. They had several of the Coco Jacket and had sold many. I inquired on the quick markdown. The educator said it was because there are way too many. Markdown now for back to school shoppers. Make sense...look, even here someone has already bought two.

I got a black coco softshell. There are no more 4 in currant. I would have bought it too. I saw the cashew at the store and I was really shocked at how industrial looking the fabric was. It was md at the store but I did not buy it because it was stiff and the fabric was raincoat looking except thicker. Hopefully the black is better. Good price though.

When my hubby got back from his shift today he agreed that the Coco Softshell would be ideal for a Christmas present for our daughter, she's 19.

We have four kids so we have already got into Christmas mode. I'm really excited, I know she'll love it. Now I just have to keep it a secret for the next 4 months :/

I commented early but don't see my post.
The Coco Softshell in Bordeaux Drama is still $228.
I wonder why. It's a new color but so is Cashew

@ anon 8:15 pm - Sorry about that. I think every now and then some comments don't get sent on through for some reason. Interesting about the Bordeaux Drama Softshell still at full price.

It's not even being offered in Canada in that colour, at the full price or the reduced price so be impressed that you're allowed it!

Slightly off topic, but I bought the Bright at Night pant tonight (in the all-black version, store also had black with flare and milky way print waist and I think one more but can't recall) and they are amazingly uber comfortable.

However, if they turn up online in the next upload, I wanted to let people know that at least for me they were a size down item, and I am almost always tts in lulu bottoms.

Since listing other purchases is also a fun pastime, I also went black and cashew tonka stripe crazy - WU crops, daily tank, and every yogi ls all in the pattern. I got a little 'talking to' about my renewed lulu habit when I got home, but it was worth it.

Yea, I noticed that too....A LOT of comments are not going through! I've made SEVERAL comments about clothes, sizing, ect and I've yet to see one of my comments posted! :( Wondering what's going on with this blog?!

I'm not IMPRESSED at all. I can make purchases from Canada and/or the US. It's available in the US, fantastic...who cares.
Now back to the topic....I'm curious about the reason for not markng down the Bordeaux Drama jackets

@ 11:24 PM...thanks for the size down recommendation on the Bright At Night Pant. I haven't tried them on yet but I suspected I would have to try my regular and a smaller size. Last year I bought a pair of fall/winter luxtreme crops (were nearly pants on me) and they were too big. I had the dreaded sinking gusset. It was terrible. I ended up selling them locally for a reduced price.

Comments not being posted...as you know when you post as Anon you have to do the recaptcha/security check. Sometimes I've had to do it more than once until my comment gets submitted. I scroll back to the bottom of the comments to make sure it has disappeared (or previously, just got posted). My comments do get submitted and eventually appear though.

I miss the comment community that the blog had before comment moderation. I know there were negative comments that LLA wants to screen out, but I'm curious whether it's possible to just block those IP addresses or just not allow Anon commenting so that the great comment threads could come back. I used to come here for the comments just as much as the actual posts, but now the comments are sparse and always delayed (see the Coco WMTM posts at the top of this thread as a prime example--multiple people posted because the first post hadn't gone through yet).

@ 7:06 PM...That's very endearing about planning and purchasing the Coco Softshell for your daughter.

On shopping well in advance for Christmas, I do it too. I also do it for birthdays and if there's no birthday coming up, I buy and hold onto great finds (often deals) for months for Christmas--I've been known to have things as early as June. It's always great when these purchases are going to be ideal for someone. I used to feel I couldn't keep a secret, now it's no problem. I love knowing they're going to get something they'll really like. The only problem is if they try to buy the item for her/himself before their bday or xmas, have to come up with creative ways to discourage them.

LLA, does the tag on the Angel Star Runner say anything about silverescent or not? I have a long sleeve in multiple colours, but really want to pick up one in silverescent.

@ Lindsay - I totally understand. I've thought of changing the comments to registered users or switching to something similar to Discus where you can trace and block certain IP addresses. The problem with Disqus is that it will erase all the previous comments and I think there is some good information in the comments but I'm not sure. As for switching to registered users I still think people like to comment anonymously but I'd be open to it. I'll have to research Disqus a little more.

@ 7:13 AM

Keeping the secret gets more difficult as the years go on. It used to be really easy, I even used to buy things right in front of them and just say it was for one of their cousins. I don't think that one will fly now :(

We're both going on a mum/daughter shopping trip in a couple of weeks, I hope they've sold all the ones in West Ed by then otherwise I might have some explaining to do!

LuluAddict said...

@ girlydoll - the star runner tops are made of running luon - a super soft flannel-feeling material. It doesn't have silverescent in it.

For me, the bright at night pants were TTS. I've been a six in all bottoms, and the size six "fit" other than being 6 inches too long.
