I'm not sure if the dropped waist on the back is going to be flattering to anybody (like myself) who is at all pear-shaped. I guess I'll try it and see, but I'm not optimistic.

I wonder if this is a replacement for the Audrey jacket?

since lululemon doesn't stand behind the quality of their pieces I refuse to spend this much money on an item of clothing from them.

Plenty of other manufacturers make equally nice softshells and have lifetime guarantees against defects. Lulu is smoking some serious crack if they think we're going to pay $250 for a jacket with a two week return policy.

I'm with you anon 1:33 pm. I'd rather spend $248 on an Arc'teryx or Patagonia jacket. They stand 100% behind their stuff and it usually doesn't have a problem in the first place.

Certainly I think the price on this is nuts. What annoys me more is that the design. That drop waist is not a flattering look on many women — plus the pleats? No joke, I'd be surprised if it looks good on anyone And I'm a beanpole; I'm not saying this out of any personal grief — I just think this is a lousy design decision. And a lousy marketing position — you can't ask $248 for a jacket that wasn't designed to flatter the body shape most women have.
So the problem with the Chanel jacket is that the shoulders were too tight? And the price was too high? This is exactly the same problem. My buck is that this one doesn't sell, either.

These are expensive and looks like they are too long for me. That's a good thing. Yeah $148.00 is too much for it. $248.00 is just silly.

The price is yuck , the jacket design is yuck and that is all there is to say. Wouldn't buy this on mark down for $48.00, $248.00-smoking crack is right!!!!!

I actually thought the Paddington was so cute...but you'd have to be really tall to pull it off. At only 5'3 the drop waist made my torso look too long and legs too short. :( I ended up getting a very similar one at lucy (has toggles and duffel look but clean back) for $150. I usually hate lucy but this jacket was really flattering on. Worth checking out if you like the front of the Paddington but hate the drop waist like I do.
