Perfect layer tee, Milky Way Power Y, Pigment Blue Gather and Crow Crops.

Pretty Pink Define.

Cashew Every Yogi LS, Down Town Vest, Bordeaux Wunder Under pants.

I'm not a Sattva fan but it really works on this woman, as do most clothes on people who are tall and slender.  ;-)

Nice close up of the toggle buttons on the Paddington jacket.

The last photo looks more like Dense Purple WU than PB to me...

I think the WU pants in the last picture are dense purple. They look exactly like my dense purple WU crops.

Man that pretty pink define really is, well, pretty!! Id love to see a comparison photo of this color to other pale pinks as I've never been drawn to the pale pinks before but for some reason this one is really calling to me. Maybe I'm just going insane!

Rant!!! I just got off the phone with GEC to see if they could check my local store for a few older (last weeks) items. And wad told that they've stopped utilizing the system they employed to do that. Really?!?! The reason was because it was not an accurate way to indicate availability. I understand, and I think most people understood that when the GEC would utilize the disclaimer stating that the inventory displayed could be a 24 to 48 hour lag on accuracy and recommendations to call the store were conveyed, that it was not a guarantee of availability. That was fine, but now to eliminate that small convenience and have a local store that rarely answers the phone...poor practice. And please know that I understand the time it takes/and took for the GEC to lookup and answer the question, but are they really that inconvenienced by the request? I'd love to know.
All I can say is when the GEC would look up a product and say "I'm showing one available, please call your local store to confirm as our system operates on a 24 hour lag", my takeaway was "so your saying I have a chance" ( a little quote from the movie Dumb and Dumber:)

@ Focus - I've read several complaints about that. I don't know why they stopped looking for people. It's a useful feature.

yup - just got off phone with GEC too and told them that is ridiculous - so now I have to call the 7 stores in my area and leave messages because none of them answer the phone. I told them it just makes me less likely to purchase something. Lulu is already so customer un-friendly it is amazing. It makes me wonder if I am crazy to be so darn addicted to their clothes!!! You can't put anything on hold, you have to set your alarm for midnight to buy something you really want (DSP in bordeaux!), then to return anything, better be within that 2 week window which is also ridiculous! Sorry for my rant but really think they need to rethink some of their policies and become more customer-focused or they are going to start losing people.

I went into Athleta and asked if the crops I was looking at buying would stretch and they said if they do just bring them back in and we will refund you or exchange for a different size - what?! now that is customer service. if only their clothes were as cute...

I'm wondering if this new policy is to thwart ebayer resellers / angels? This new policy doesn't make sense but if ebay resellers are trying to track down various stock I can see it for that reason.

The asst manager of one of my local stores is my FB friend so I used to IM her to ask if they received certain items. Facebook is another avenue you can use to check but not sure how responsive the stores are.

Will your store call other stores when you are there? I've often had the store I'm at check at the local stores while I'm standing there. They might be more apt to pick up the phone when they see another lll store on caller ID.

I was just at one of my local stores today and they said that there is a new policy which does NOT allow them to call another local store anymore. What?!?!?! To make it worse for me is that my iphone is damaged and I don't have a phone until I upgrade. So I drove to another store which also didn't have the item I was looking for. Terrible customer service!!!

OK, that seems insane. Most any other store will call their sister store to check for you. WTH is this new policy about?

Wow. I can't believe these changes in policies. They just make bad customer service even worse. I've called the GEC to get an idea of something was in store or not understanding it's not a guarantee. I've had other stores call another one for me. Most of the stores in the Chicago don't pick up the phone which doesn't make sense- my boyfriend always comments on the number of workers in the store and whether or not they are all necessary. Is LLL trying to turn away customers? Other stores will hold items for you, place Internet orders, etc. argh.

@LuluAddict...Until yesterday, the stores have always offered to call another store or I ask and they are willing to. The lemon guy I spoke with yesterday said something like the “new” policy will reflect that each lulu store is a single store with no sister stores. (I can’t remember exactly what he said.)
So I called GEC yesterday regarding the "new" policy and they said they just want the store to focus on the clients that are in the store. The client can still call their local store to look for the item (if the store picks up the phone, that is). Well, I told GEC that my phone was broken and couldn’t call or else I would have, so I had to drive to the 2nd & 3rd store. (So I arrived at the 2nd lulu store and the associate asked me how I was doing...I said I wasn't thrilled because of the new policy since my phone was broken and had to drive over.) Anyway, GEC said the store should have tried to accommodate my situation….the store should have either called for me or let me use their phone to the call the lulu store(s). GEC said they would let the store know...

This new policy still doesn't make sense. I have three stores near me that are all 6-8 miles apart from me so I know the local population regularly checks all three. I guess the only way to get this to change is to start a public campaign on their facebook page.

Since my local store never answers the phone, I use their Facebook page to ask them about items in stock. So far they have always replied within an hour or so. Their policy of ignoring phone calls is nuts, my store seems to have enough staff to deal with both the phone and clients in store without a problem.
