Raspberry Glo Compared to Paris Pink

Raspberry Glo Inspire Crops compared to a Paris Pink Back on Track skirt. The Raspberry is brighter and more neon than Paris. (Thanks to Ms. B. for the photo.)

Maybe it's my monitor, or my eyes, but these colors look nearly exact to me.

Could just be the photo, but it looks almost identical to me :)

I love the comparison pictures though!

This will be an easy pass for me becauses 1) I don't need any other neons in my lulu collection (too much neon released this year IMO) 2) I'm pink and purpled out. It seems every month since October 2011 we've seen a "new" pink or purple released. Hoping for more jewel tones, greens, and a bright aqua blue.

Ya.....we NEVER EVER see many browns or sage colors!! In fact, I can't remember the last time, I ever saw Lulu release even a brown headband!!! I'm so tired of neon colors. I wish they would bring out some unique, pretty patterns! I'm tired of black, black and more black. Grey, the same thing.... (YAWN) LOL... and after all the Paris pink problems, I think many of us, WON'T be going there again! LOL... (I know, I won't be!) :)

I missed out on paris pink so I am excited for raspberry glo!

One thing that I think people need to accept is that lulu will always release lots of bright or light colored pinks because that is a color most women want! When remarking on the number of pinks released in the past 6 months, or even the past 2 years, people need to realize that lulu is constantly drawing in new local or international customers and seasonal buyers. Therefore, they will always release "new" pinks like clockwork because customers that missed out on previous pink releases are looking for those colors. The same trend is there for shades of blue and purple, although i don't think they're in as high demand as pink for some reason. I know it sucks for people that have bought lulu for a long time and already own items in these virtually identical shades, but for newbies like me it's exciting and I really appreciate the re-releases of popular colours (was so excited for angel blue and split pea comebacks!) so that I can get my fill.

Now, if only the quality would get better... lol!

Those colors are so close it seems ridic to put out a full run in the "new" color. Easy pass. Doesn't neon = bleeding these days, anyway?

I'm really upset with Lululemon right now. Yesterday I noticed that my fairly new angel blue CRB is totally pilling and wearing out on the back side. I baby my Lulu (delicate wash and hang dry), so this was not my doing. I'm hoping that my local store will take it back and offer me some kind of credit. Due to this and the possibility that the AL WUCs I should be receiving today might be completely sheer...I think I may be taking a break from LLL. So upset! We should not be paying these prices for crappy clothes!

Looks the same to me too.

They look identical to me, also--I can't see any difference.

Also, between PP and Pow Pink, I definitely don't need another neon pink.

MUST HAVE...more interesting patterns and blues and greens!! No more pinks.

I didn't know it was possible to get "brighter and more neon" than Paris Pink! LOL!!
I still love the pinks though...although I do agree we've seen too much of it. I would like some more greens

Maybe it's the same colour but without the bleeding properties?

Thanks for the comparison photo! I think they look very similar and I can never have too much pink ;)

I think lulu found some Branch brown grooves a couple of years ago and had them on their site but the last time a color scheme was out with browns and ivory (also anise green) was when I first started buying lulu about 5 years ago.

I love this pink, and really hope there will be a brushed (new) Define or Stride in it.

Incidentally, I was in one of the stores near me yesterday and asked about the Define redesign. The Ed told me that the new Define will be called the "Form", will still be made of luon, and that he expected the design changes to be fairly minor (although he hadn't seen one yet). He also said that they would be hitting stores mid-November in time for the holiday season, and that there wouldn't be any new Define colors until then while they phase it out. Same with the In Stride, but he didn't know the new name for it yet.

The cream color water bottle has the same print as the jr girl pants http://shop.ivivva.com/products/clothes-accessories/latest/Rhythmic-Tight2?cc=7627&skuId=3467448&ppid=latest:r3-l2

im on a complete hiatus after being so ticked off after tuesdays upload. im not even sure what did it but i think the prices, the stretch scuba debacle, the disclaimer about the sheer pants, the horrible coats.

anyways, i am stuck with a pair of purple sheer wu crops myself (i cannot even remember the name; june release i think?, dark purple?) they came the day before i left for vacation so i ripped of the tags, packed them, and missed the return deadline.

what on earth does everyone wear with the sheer crops?? i am so short and have such a problem with tunics/crops combo. it just seems to emphasize my stubby legs:)

its a ridiculous question, i know. what is everyone else doing? im open to suggestions as they are just wear around the house pants now.

please please do not tell me its a sizing issue; i get so frustrated by that discussion. they are my correct size. the pants are flawed, not my body shape (well, it is but you know what i mean!)

thanks in advance and i cannot even believe i am asking but its such a waste of $$ and my own fault.

Does the different coloured zipper on the Inspires really, really bug anyone else? Just me then- OK.

i have a brown Power V tank...i like that it is brown, but i have nothing to put with it as far as bottoms go. no colors that lulu releases go with brown.

@anon 5:55 - that sucks. i refuse to buy sheer crops (with the exception of luxtreme crops that i wear only for running...these crops are only sheer when i bend over, and when i'm running in them i'm not bending over, so, ya know..), so i can't really tell you "what to wear with them"....BUT here are some suggestions. do you run? you could wear them running (as per the above)! since you're not really bending over, and constantly on the move when you run, sheerness isn't really as large of a problem. otherwise, do you do any outdoor winter sports where you need baselayers? i sometimes wear my wunder under crops as baselayer tights under winter gear...skiing, for instance, i like crops because they don't mess with my ski boots....crops and then some smartwool ski socks...or with the same wool socks as a baselayer for winter hiking/snowshoeing....you could also go super girly and pair a technical skirt with them - that way you can wear them to the gym without the sheerness being such a problem...if you like the layered look but aren't into skirts, you could always throw a pair of shorts over them too..rock a dancer-like look...

or....just put them on ebay! i'm sure they'll sell, and at the very least you'll get *some* money back that you spent on them (since it sounds like you don't really wear them anyway)

What I did with my sheer crops is i wear a pair of shorts over top, it's just for kick boxing, maybe not the prettiest look? But at least I get to wear my sheer crops.

@Anon 5:55 - I feel your pain! I have stubbier legs too. I hate to tell you this, and please take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I would *not* wear them...would try to sell it or something.

The reason I say this is because I just saw a girl at starbucks with the SHEER WUs and it was pretty eye catching...and not in a good way at all. I was embarrassed for her, because the areas where there is more mass like upper thighs and butt...you could tell she was wearing no underwear.

So my personal take is...you should feel confident in all your outfits, and not worth wasting a day walking around with an outfit fail.

Sell them on eBay, I saw a lot of people selling pow pink pants and those are sheer but ppl buy em, crazy but true.

I boutght the inspire pants in the pink and compared to paris it is hard to tell the difference from the picture.
the new pink is stronger and more magenta. I like it.

I would say size up on the sheer pants I have the flash WUC and i got them in the 6 size I have no sheer issues. Also any material that is light colored in any tight type pant, yellow, white, pink, light purple is going to be sheer in the polyester material, especially if you have thighs and butt.

I know this is a long shot but I am looking for a pair of wonder under in paris pink size 10 or 12 if you know where I could start looking that would be great. I have already tried ebay with no luck.
