First Base Tank and Ice Queen Pant in the Limitless Blue/Clarity/Polar Cream color scheme.

Toasty Tech PO and Ice Queen Pant
Some more Ice Queen pant photos.

 The Clarity Bundle Up Jacket.

The Clarity Stripe Ice Queen LS. I like this top a lot except for the quilted sections. I also wish the hem weren't so scalloped so much. I do like a curved bottom but not nearly so much. I saw a friend's photo of her Love Red First Base Tank sticking out from under  a straight hemmed pullover and it looked like a tongue was poking out:

Toasty Tech Pullover, Spin It to Win It Tank, and new Runder Unders.

Love the whole look on this woman - Back Burner tank and Split Set Pants.

no back burner tank at my local store I really wanted to try that one. How does it work if you are busty?
also can someone give a comparison between the fast and free crop and the run for your life crop? I love my fast and free crops.

I wanted to try the Back Burner on at my store, too, to see how it worked for me (36DD) but they didn't have it. I hope they get it soon.

I love my split set pants. I bought 3 pairs. I got 2 today and the first one is ready at the store to be picked up from hemming. My package was missing an item today and I called GEC. We'll see what they can come up with. I have the split set pants in alberta lake, black swan monochromatic and the black with heathered black on the bottom. I don't know about this but i'll give it a try. I like the back burner top also. I might try it on when I go to the store today. It wasn't there last week. This upload I ordered groovy run shorts in love red, bang buster in love red, a pair of socks in raspberry glo and 2 water bottles (glass with silicone). Nothing much this time. I love my reverse groove shorts in limitless blue with my spin it to win it tank for cycling. Only problem is sweat is really obvious in the chest area.

I'm not really loving any of the new stuff. I don't like the short lengths, the scallop shaped hems, the colour blocking the quilted shoulder padding or even the colours. Last year at this time I was going NUTS for the Run: Turn Around LS, the Run: For It Pullover, the Insulator line and Paris Pink... Last year's stuff was so much nicer! I guess the break for my wallet is nice though!

That toasty tech pullover is ridiculously priced. You can get an active fleece half zip pullover at old navy for $20.

I don't know where to put this but I just read on the Lulu FB page there was a Black Swan define released. I don't remember this being uploaded the past few weeks. Did I just completely miss it? I don't recall ever seeing it in my local stores either. LLA, have you seen it or any pics of it? I would certainly buy this before the changeover occurs to the replacement for the define.

Picked up the Ice Queen pants in the blue - I was surprised at how much I like them! I did size up for a more comfortable fit as they are compressive but for outdoor running or even walking about, they are awesome. The inside brushed fleece feels terrific and the outer shell should be quite repellant against wind and light rain! I had ordered the RG/BS reversible WUs but was concerned by the thinness from reading reviews - sure enough, they were not worth it in my opinion, so those will be going back once they arrive. And I had also ordered the RG/BS (do you see a pattern?) spin it to win it tank and while the front was cute, the the RG emphasizes ANY backfat you might have or what might be created by the bra :( So that will be going back also. I was so excited for the RG/BS/grey First base tank but with the lighter grey in the back, you will see any bulges from your workout bra, etc. Better off with a dark color there. Sadly, I did not fall in love with the Love Red - while i did see all the new colors in the jackets and the new Run: Toasty Tech, the colors are very meh to me, but I would love that Toasty Tech LS if it came in different colors! I like the light quilting ;) Tried on the new RUs in coal/love red which ARE reversible, but that red is so elmo, I wasn't impressed. What DID impress me was the Vinyasa Scarf II in mini check pique black white - the RULU is wicked soft and can be quite warm compared to the lighter vinyasas from the summer - as soon as I felt it, I had to have it! Perfect for winter, and for plane rides - makes a great holiday present also ;) SOOO SOFT! The RG was a little too pepto imho, which made me sad as I was so hoping to get the toque or neck warmer. But, now I can save up for the down skirt!! No Dog runner or Clear as Mud pants but they are expecting a shipment today (i'm in NJ where all shipments have been delayed) so I'm hoping to finally get to try those soon - definitely check out the vinyasa!!!

Re: Devotion SS - I have the LS and went down from a 10 to an 8 because it runs loose. It also tends to stretch out a bit so i did try on a 6 but wasn't sure if that would stretch out "enough" to hide unsightly bulges ;) But I do love the LS - it's really soft and comfortable and I'm only 5'4 so I like that it covers my bum :) Actually, I wore it as a night shirt last night!

anon @ 11:46--Thanks! I was wondering how the Ice Queen pants fit. I ordered a size up, knowing how compression tends to be but wasn't sure that was a good decision.

I bought the RG vinyasa and it is scratchy. I also bought the clarity one and it is slightly less scratchy. But, it is that luon material, therefore will attract dirt and I think it will look dingy in no time. As a comparison, I pulled out 3 other vinyasas from last year and all are super cozy soft. I can't see myself going for a scratchy one over a super soft rulu one, even if I REALLY wanted a brighter color. So, both of those are going back.

I got the brushed wunder unders too. TTS and they are buttery soft. I ran in some brushed Relaxed Fit pants last weekend and they were heavenly. I am hoping that the Ice Queen pants are similar. I don't like running in luon as it pills between the legs.

I agree w/ the commenter about last years uploads at this same time! I also went a bit nuts the pullovers and longsleve run tops rocked over this years- this years they've got alot of funky hems too scalloped (I like the signature slight scalloped hem) also the length seems alot shorter on alot of tops? I don't like that duck butt look at all. the colors are pretty good to me just the styles are not near as universally flattering to all body styles as last years stuff was? I also am not a big fan of the color blocking- prefer the all monochromatic color scheme its just alot more finished looking to me. Love the stet pants they are amazing! didn't get anything from this upload---- yet ;)

@anon 10:32 - i wouldn't recommend "winter running shoes" so much as i would say to "winterize" your current shoes. first off, get some nice merino wool socks (my favs are smartwool). these will help to keep your toes toasty when it cold out, and if your feet happen to get wet (like slushy puddles), they'll stay warm (wool is warm even when wet). next, if you're running on slippy surfaces...snow, ice, etc., then get some traction devices for your sneakers. yak trak, micro spikes, and ice trekkers all make traction devices that stretch onto over the bottoms of your sneakers (i have the ice trekkers, and have run in the snow and ice in them a lot, without ever taking a spill). finally, you *might* want to invest in some gaiters (check REI, EMS, or some other outdoor store). gaiters help keep the snow out of the cuffs of your shoes and from creeping up your pants. unless you have waterproof sneakers, your sneakers will still get wet running in the snow, but gaiters help to keep the snow from seeping in at least. i personally don't run with gaiters, but i know a lot of people who do.

if you did want to go all out waterproof on your sneakers, many brands make trail runners that have gore-tex linings, and so are completely waterproof. you'll still need merino socks, traction devices, etc. but these will give you an additional layer of protection. keep in mind though, even though fabrics such as gore-tex claim to be breathable, they really aren't very breathable - so you'll probably wind up with feet that are just as wet from sweat as you they would be from the snow/slush.

Um... is it just me or is the new stuff all looking a bit like the cast from a Wiggles concert?

OMG! The tongue is so funny! Imagine entering a race with that look, and adding some "eyes" to the back of your jacket to made a stick out your tongue face at all the runners behind you... LOL!!

Sophia...it's anon. @ 10:32.

Thank you so much for your input !! I will take your advice and get some woolly socks and traction devices. :)
