The Latest

Man, the Beaming Blue Forme Jacket looks so pretty in these photos. I doubt there will be a solid Every Yogi jacket since there is already one with the striped sleeves. Bummer.

New Speed shorts in the Laceoflage print, but only on the front. That is a bit of a bummer.

Nice photos of the Fireplace Jersey.

The St. Mortiz Jersey turtlenecks.

New waistband prints.

Oh boo on the speed shorts...those would have been adorable if they had the print all over. I guess when lulu decides something is a good idea they just run with it like crazy. Oh well, it's not like I'm going to be wearing shorts running until it warms up a bit anyways.

i kinda don't hate that the laceoflage shorts are solid in the back - i mean, the print is a white base...and shorts with a white butt would get dirty SOO quickly! so i like the idea of the solid butt...but i need to see them from the side to see how it looks. i liked the love red/gray ones, but it might look kinda weird in a print.

Are these new speeds flying off the shelves? I don't think so, Lulu. Use to be each time a new speed came out, it was snatched right up.
That lost photo is gorgeous!
You can see the weird shoulder pointy thing in these Forme photos. The jacket is lovely but the pokey shoulders are sad.

OT- has anyone run 6+ miles in the Runder Unders? I like compression , but would like to add these to my rotation. Hw does the fabric perform? Pilling issues? Thanks. :)

The placement of the print for the Laceoflage Speed Short is a problem, just like it was with that floral/beachy print from the summer. Having a print in the front, solid in the back, or the two different solid colors does not appeal to me.

LLA,

Does the bang buster headband only come in blue lace or does it come in the black too?

Thanks!

@ anon 6:49 pm - I've only see the blue laceoflage one but I'm hoping a black comes out. I don't love the blue at all.

Anyone seen the striped FTB tank in stores yet? I want it badly, and I'm also waiting to buy it as my 'last' item before taking a lulu hiatus. (I live in a condo and work weekdays so if I order from the website they won't leave it). I checked my closest store again today and ended up taking home $78 legwarmers in lieu of. Who in the world pays $78 for legwarmers?! *sigh* I have a sickness.

The runder unders are NOT compressive at all. They are simply rulu tights. I love mine but the first time I wore them I got a few snags which was upsetting. Have not noticed any any pilling though.

I'm gonna throw up if they release another pair of colorblock front/back shorts. Actually, all their colorblock stuff is bad. They just don't do it right. Ick blah gross. STOP! Please.

I got my chevron Vinyasa today and it is NOT rulu, as in the description. Disappointed about that, and I'm getting really tired of Lulu's laziness and inaccuracy.

Its two pieces of fabric sewn together on the long edges, and a rather soft polyester and SO PRETTY so I'm keeping it. But still, get your act together Lulu.

@ unknown - interesting about the pillig. That is one concern that held me back from getting the rulu Make A Move pants. Boo on getting snags in them, though.

I didn't like the other color-blocked speed shorts, but I kind of like these.

In regard to rulu runder under stuff- I have the herringbone pants and the only pilling is the small area where my thighs touch, but it's really not bad at all. In my RU shirt though (the reversible one) there is pilling on the gray side. It doesn't look too bad, kind of makes it look like a fleece, likethat's how it was supposed to look. It didn't pill at all on the striped side though. I think when I wash it I always wash it gray side out, which probably explains it.

the zig-zag vinyasa scarf is heavy! i have a yellow (citron i think) one for two years ago, and the new one is MUCH thicker.

Ditto with the statement about runder unders not being compressive. IMO they're not a choice for serious runners, maybe just for the 3.1mile crowd. If you do any significant distance, I'd strongly recommend compression to help with flushing out l acid.

Ugh, no color blocked shorts for me! They gotta stop with the color blocking.

I got the laceoflage free to be tank today in the black print. It looked different in person than online.

I agree Dani though... I do have a sickness...

So lulu is selling umbros now?

I have noticed a bit of pulling on my rUnder unders :( I just love them as a warm bottom layer for exercise, but due to the lack of compression I havent worn them out running for more than 5K

I like the speed shorts. the black in the back does not bother me.
I bought the love red and gray ones and I really like them, it seems like a strange concept at first, but I think it's an interesting design, the floral pattern is cute too.

I agree - you can see the how the shoulders of the Forme jacket are loose and pushing upwards, kind of like big 80's shoulder pads were removed. I think LLA posted one of the reviews from LLL's site in which the reviewer describes this happening. I will avoid the Forme jacket. OT, I received my herringbone WUC and they are gorgeous. Nice, thick luon that is not sheer. Unfortunately, they are a bit too thick for me since I get so hot when I exercise, so they are going back. They almost feel like rulu. They would not be too thick for a normal person.

@6:25 PM re Runder Unders -- I have taken them out on a few ten mile runs and I think they are a great change. I wear them in a tight size so they are mildly compressive, but I dont need compression all the time as I spend most of the year running high mileage in shorty shorts. I think they feel like a hug though, and they keep you warm to boot. Have them on now and am getting ready to head out for a 7 miler. :)

OT: but I'm really loving my tees from Hard Tail. The long skinny tee. Every bit worth the $65-$85 price tag. I've given up on lulu tees due to quality. I wear my ht tees with WU and boots, to and from classes, with jeans. .. They are amazing. Check them out fellow lulu addicts!
