I hope this version of pique is fabulous and soft like in the past. I am a sucker for pique snd I also love the DY jacket in pique/ black. Despite all of the DY hate going around I happen to like this jacket. This does not take away the fact that I already miss the Define, why can't they co-exist why:( I miss the old days where going into a Lululemon store gave me butterflies:( 6/7 years ago Lululemon was untouchable and now it is so hit and miss.... Sad

Oh I know...........
I bought something online for a family member, an item I figured WOULDN'T go on sale. Anyways, the very next day...the said item was in WMTM section!!! I was pissed, because I ordered that night and the very next morning, it's in the loot! I contacted Lulu and the girl said "sorry, can't do anything for you, but if you want....go to a store and they WILL refund you the difference...." I explained, that a Lulu store is 6 hrs drive from me! She said, "well then if you aren't happy...with these arrangements, you can ship it back to lulu, at your expense...for a full refund!" REALLY LULU??? she was very hard to deal with and I think for the amount of money I spend at Lulu each year, I deserve to be treated better than this! I ended up calling Lulu, arguing with them...and finally they agreed to make some sort of an arrangement! Their quality sucks, their raising prices suck and now...they can't give good customer service??? I recently bought a bunch of things online at the Gap...4 days later, it went drastically on sale. I called Gap...NO PROBLEM, got a $50 credit back to my visa, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! With so many "other" companies, trying to get more customers and make them happy...I cant believe Lululemon treats their customers like this!! People are going to STOP buying Lulu altogether, because Lulu has 0 incentive for why a Customer should stay loyal to them. I had to waste 25 mins out of my busy life, to argue with them about Principal. NOT COOL.... Right now, Lululemon has not ONE redeeming quality, for why I should keep buying from them. They can't even be NICE when I contact them?! LOL

OT but I wanted to ask for a few opinions about CRBs. I have tons of them (too many), and know that generally people like the "buttery" soft ones best, but I've actually decided I will no longer purchase any of the softer ones. I do a lot of boxing and grappling and find Lulu gear works great for me, but all the softer CRBs I've purchased seem to pill super super easily and cant hold up against the abuse of my workouts. Examples are the heathered flash, power purple, split pea, and angel blue (only worn a few times each and they are basically ruined). That ring said, the "scratchier" CRBs hold up much better and still look like new (examples are ink blot, bruised berry, flare). I just wanted to mention it because while I think CRBs hold up well for some activities (yoga, crossfit, running etc) they really don't seem to hold up for full contact sports :(

Agree about the customer service. I took bad the chevron bag I had ordered (too big) and got a pair of WUs (more expensive). Of course, the girl at checkout wanted to see my receipt. Didn't do anything with it, just wanted to see it. I shop at Anthropologie a lot and they are always willing to find you the item you are looking for, make refunds, exchanges, price adjustments, and all with a smile. They will print and email your receipt. LLL customer service policies suck, howver nice the individuals Eds might be.

I just picked up a heathered lilac scuba at my gym- that was such a surprise. I looked it up on this blog and it's from Oct 2011. It may not be my first choice of colors, but I found myself missing the old scuba every time I am in a store, so I couldn't resist. It's like a unicorn for me now.

I don't buy ANY of the scratcher CRBS....too tight And uncomfortable! All the heathered ones I own...the buttery ones...have been washed a dozen times and no problems. maybe you have a bad batch?!? LOL ???

anon 1:47 - Funny you found a heathered lilac scuba. I just snagged a heathered lilac stride jacket off the site a couple days ago. I think it's from this summer, but I was still surprised. Not sure about the size, it is one size up from my BTC jacket but the same as my define. Looking really forward to it though, it looks so pretty.

Maybe I'm weird, but I don't really notice much difference in the feel of the crb's once I have them on. I prefer the more saturated color of the solids to the heathered ones, so that is my preference.

considering some of the outrageous prices Lulu charges, they can be much nicer than they are. I mentioned to one "educator" at a store, how the DSP's price had just gone up(my remark at the time) and she gave me the most disgusting look I have ever seen! The look someone gives you as tho...you just PI$$ED in their cornflakes! It's like "WOW Im sorry, that I brought this up with you...because you SO don't care!"
Reminds me of the time, I use to work in a high-end shoe store and my female co-worker, use to get "grossed out" by customers who COULDN'T AFFORD $650 shoes. I felt like saying, "REALLY??? You make a mere.....$6 an hr. plus commission, you couldn't afford those shoes either!" That type of "high horse" attitude Lulu sometimes throws around, is sooooo unbecoming!!

There have been some super soft CRBs - Heathered Smokey Rose, Heathered Angel, Heathered Tree Frog, Heathered Power Purple, to name a few - and I think they do tend to suede up/show wear easier than others not as soft. I'd try washing them inside out, maybe put them in a mesh bag to minimize wear and tear.

Seriously!!! These girls are so up their own A$$ at some LL stores. I feel like saying" Hmmm I am out shopping at noon and you... Are at work???? Well not sure that you should look at me sideways because I don't want to pay for overpriced declining quality product:0 Get over yourself! Or how about when I know more about the product that you are selling than you do! I was at a store today and asked "Did you get in any Limitless Blue CRB tanks?" Answer: "Which color is that? Can you show me?" Lame!

I like the heathered CRBs but I also loved the neon ones (ray, flare?) released this past summer that were thick and soft before the poly pow pink and other poly tanks followed. My heathered tanks, grey and pow purple have held up better on the seams and overall than my pow pink. I sold the pow pink cause it didn't feel very comfy.

I think you can refuse shipment at the door and it is shipped back at their expense....maybe if more people did this they would realize it is cheaper to credit people the difference!

Just bought a pair of the Coco Pique WUs this morning in a 4. Went back to exchange them for a 6 this afternoon and was told they were all pulled off the shelf! They wouldn't even exchange them for size and said this was because of a quality issue. Apparently they are pilling after even 1-3 wears and "falling apart" according to the manager.

I think it was the cross stitch that was pulled in the WU. The Coco pique is still online but the cross stitch disappeared a day or 2 ago
