Pink Shell has been looking washed out in all the photos I have seen of it. This is more like what it looks like in real life, what I would consider a "barbie" pink.

oooh this makes me even happier i ordered both the CRB and bangbuster! It's an even prettier pink in real life than in photos, i've been wanting lulu to make a classic barbie pink for a while!
Also, i hate to admit it, but that girl is rocking those laceoflage crops in this outfit/color combo (i've hated these particular crops in all the other photos i've seen so far including on the site). You go girl!
Does anyone have any tips on how to decide what Lulu items to get rid of? I seem to be too attached to most of it, but I really to scale back a little:-/
Thanks for the photos because I wasn't at all interested in the washed out light pink shown on the website. As soon as I saw your post I immediately ordered a CRB in shell pink...so devine! It's gorgeous! Just wish I could get a define in that color :(

Wow! That is so much brighter than the pictures on the website....hmmmm. I may have to return it (ordered it this morning). I really don't want a neon pink.

Love love love this new shell pink CRB! Agree that the best way to describe it is bubble gum pink. Saw it in store and now I cant wait for the one that I ordered to arrive. Probably my favorite pink CRB out of the past several pinks released (pow, RG, PP Tonka).
I hope the civil war field dressing head gear trend ends soon - i think it looks ridiculous. - plus i would go insane trying to workout with all that hair being pressed to my forehead and also sticking to my neck.
It's not actually a NEON pink, nor is it pastel pink. I agree with the people who describe it as a Barbie pink. It's like a pretty pink rose -- not too light, not too deep. Anyone who likes pink will probably be happy with it.
all of the colors have been misleading on the website lately. i ordered the clarity yellow vinyasa off the web for a gift thinking it was more of a baby duck shade, and BAM! more like highlighter yellow. I went in person to exchange for a different one (scared to pull the trigger on the shell pink stripe version without seeing it in person) and lo and behold, it was super bright, too. went with the beaming blue pique/stripe vinyasa, which you cannot see from space and also happens to be RULU... thank god.
And the color business goes for everything they are making in those colors as well, in case anyone was considering buying. The Clarity Yellow everything is out of control (all the WTF stuff, and other cold weather running gear). Even the limitless stripe Ice Queen was too intense for me in person, but I loved the look online.
Maybe I'm just a boring old hag who only likes neutrals. That's fair.
@Minda - haha I thought the EXACT same thing this morning when i almost ordered the white WTF ear warmer and then realized it looked like a massive headwound dressing!
i saw the shell pink crb at my local store today. imo it is not as soft as bb we just had released. also, the color is not as what you see on the pics. planned to buy it, but left with nothing.
I was in the store today and based on the pink that is on my screen tonight I would say that the picture of Pink Shell-True Color is not really that accurate. It is much softer than that in real life. I would say it is not nearly as bright as Pow Pink and not nearly as pale as Pig Pink. It's in between. I like it. It is definitely girly, maybe too much for some, but I got it and will wear with the striped speed shorts which I also think are cute. I think the color in the Pink Forme Jacket with the dark haired girl and the bag/black yoga mat looks the closest to the real color.
Oh gosh, enough with the pinks! Paris Pink, Pow Pink, Raspberry Glow... heck, even Flash, Heathered Flash, and Flash Light, all of these colors are too similar. It's like getting the same thing over and over again for the past 12 months. Bring on the greens and buttercup yellow please!
i like the pink on rosy/fair skinned lady's i have olive skin and i think it may make me look green and sick- some shades of pink do not look good on me at all- that said- i love the color though wish i could wear it ho hum! I am liking those new crops but not sure about the length am going to wait for some reviews first i think?
I agree with 7:36 regarding the color pink. it is not as neon as pow ping or raspberry glo. it is more of a true pink. and yes barbie is what comes to mind. I hate that color,or any super girly color. I would maybe maybe get a bra or panties in those colors but not a top.
I have the raspberry glow CRB and I think it's too bright. I will prob return the shell pink. Was hoping for a light pink. Has anyone tried the power crop?
it reminds me of bubblegum pink that came out a few years back...wonder how pink shell compares. the designs, in general, are just going way over the top. too high brow, imho. but, if you love it, go for it!

it looks like pow pink to me in that picture.. but I don't know. pow pink is pretty similar to raspberry glo too imo.

I just about ordered the CRB because I wanted a not-so-bright-yet-not-entirely-pale pink. Glad I held off. This might be too bubble gum pink for me.
