Any idea if the black e&f are a true black or a charcoal dark grey akin to the swiftly "black"? I'm hoping for a black black.

Does anyone know if e&f have drawstring inside?

Not happy with the new length of the Ebb & Flows ! :( I'm 5"4 and The first version hit me below the knees and is flattering. This new lenght will make you look shorter. Not good.

Awwww they're so long and we can't even hem them! : (

How the heck is the colour blocking not over yet? The majority of items on the sale rack at my three closest Lulu's are colour blocked pants.. I thought the blue was gross.. I didn't think it could get worse.

Ran to my store and got the flare and a new pair of black E&F. Normally I wouldn't be too keen on a pair of orange pants but they are really cute. To answer the questions above; the black is the same as before, I compared my old pair to the new. It is a black, not grey like the swiftly. And no, there is no drawstring. They are a little longer, about 3 inches but I tend to bunch mine up toward the knee, I don't like crops that cover my calves. FYI, I'm 5'6". Oh also got the LS flare swiftly. Super cute.

The ones that were released in Australia were black black... no there is no drawstring... and I'm also 5'4" and super bummed about the new length. Another inch or 2 would have been fine, but 5 extra inches will make these like pants on me, which I hate. I don't wear any tight pants because of my short stature and muscular thighs... ARG I was SO looking forward to these and now I'm just sad:(

Super excited about ebb & flows!! I have a pair from about two years ago and love them, except they are too short - they end up trying to pullover my knees. I am probably not the norm as I have go-go gadget legs but skinny chicken legs. I think Lulu should make them in a short and long length so we can pick!

Anon 8:16 - the old ones do not have drawstring but stay up amazingly well on me. Think you just have to find the right size.

Here's hoping that the new version is not sheer! Those inkwells look gray to me, was hoping for more of an indigo color, oh well. I'm actually going to stay up tonight for the upload, been a while!!!

I agree. In my opinion, it looks awful when there's like 3 inches between the top of your socks and the hem of your pants.

Anon 8:16 They do not have a drawstring (at least last year's version did not).

The black e&f are relatively more black than grey. I think the ones this year seem a bit sheer. The flare ones were totally sheer as I could most definitely see my turquoise underwear when I bent over. The black ones are a bit sheer on the bend test as well. I bought the black pair and will think about them.

I wish they had kept the shorter length. I'm 5'0" and they are almost to my ankles if I pull them down so they don't bunch at all on my legs.

flash swiftly LS and burning yellow CRB not uploaded :(

I don't think a flash swiftly was going to be uploaded but a light flare was...

I am excited about the longer length. That is the one thing I would have changed about the ones from last year.

Wow....another week of the same old boring styles in even more dusgusting colours (and ridiculous color combinations on the 'models'!) Thank you, though, Lulu because my bank account savings are growing substantially! But for the life of me, who is buying this fugly stuff??!!!

Regardless of the length the most important question is: Are they still completey see through?!!? That was the worst last year...had to return mine last year after someone told me they could see my butt while I was standing up straight! *shivers*

I too am excited about the longer length of the Ebb & Flow crops, the old ones used to ride up and end up bunched up just below my knees. That was the only thing I didn't like about them.

I actually like the blocking with the yellow and inkwell. I think it looks good in the wunder under pants, but you have to be in the right mood to pull those off. I have the ice queen pants in the polar and black and that color blocking gets me a lot of compliments. I still don't understand the obsession with the ebb and flow tights. They look like stockings to me.

Are the new E&F crops in black and grey too sheer to wear without another layer underneathe?
