Frond Swiftly in the US, Frond Gather nad Crows, Frond Bangbuster, and More

The Frond Swiftly tank has shown up in the US. I think I need to get this one. It looks on the short side, though.

New Frond Gather and Crow Crops. These are fun. Not sure if I would be brave enough to wear them, though.
Another new reversible Bangbuster in Frond and striped Frond. I think I need this one.

Frond Gingham Power Power and matching Astro Pants.

Frond Pace Tank and matching gingham Coast to Class pant.

The color blocked Frond/Blach Wunder Unders.

I think Frond is very pretty but not when it's dressed from head to toe...I see Big Bird, Barney and Kermit the frog in one of the pictures :)

lots of green. not a fan of the uniform colour photos, i know its probably meant just to be fun but it doesn't look good or make me want the individual pieces.

mind you i am still smarting over the studio crop debacle...so i am keeping my $$ in my pocket:)

anyhow, just noticed on the website that the photos of the new flow y colours looked very strange, i flipped between the white and the pink (i think the same model was wearing the coral pink, maybe was the yellow??, anyways, check until you see the same model) and the same model looks vastly different. looks like several inches of fabric is gone from that bra off the front.

im not buying, just looking (weird i guess) but i thought i would call attention to anyone who still likes the flow ys. looks much smaller, more like the free to be. short in front, the free to be is so ill fitting on me for that reason, not enough coverage.

so disappointed in the new swiftly tanks - really wanted the bleached coral but it is just shoddily made, short, material seems stretched out or something weird. I just could not justify spending $48 bucks on it? not sure why these are more than CRBs to begin with.

OT : just got last weeks order : inkwell gingham WU crops and light flare power y.
Both awful IMO and going back. WUC are so tight and stuff. Light flare is actually highlighter orange. Not my coloring at all.
Boo :(

The price would because they're a more "Technical" fabric with the Silverescent in it.

I got my order last week. The pace tank in bleached coral is nice but I don't think Ill keep it since I would rather have the bonded CRB. I like the small dose of bleached coral on this one better. The WUC in Frond is nice, snug but not sheer. My warm up crew is dreamy. I wore it today and it really did brighten my day. The size 2 black still pants and the bleached coral bang buster. I almost will buy any bang buster since they made them thinner and now reversible. What's not to like? I am waiting for frond pacesetter. I am getting the swiftly CRB and maybe the LS. Of course the bang buster. I ordered the pacesetter in bleached coral, the bonded CRB in dune/bleached coral and black. I also ordered the new head band, thin in Frond.

Maybe this is just me, but I'm pretty sure the model you guys are talking about in the flow y bras got a boob job. Not anything major, but I noticed a few months ago that randomly she just had perkier looking boobs. She used to be my "go to" model for fit comparison since I mostly shop online. Look through older pictures of her though, she didn't used appear quite that perky.

Teletubbies....

Ha ha ha again i agree the model is "perkier" i have thought the same thing ;), I am really likeing that crb in the fond stripes :), and love my new mellow yellow crb great color of yellow- def will not resell, great yellows are really hard to find. I love the inkwelll color but don't like anything out there in it? like the power up crops but wont pay full price for them since i got an upload of them from the outlet store they had them there i think thats lame to have the same items at the outlet selling at the same time as online full priced!

The crbs just seem much more solidly made, reversible too. The silver doesn't mean much to me. I have one from before and like how lightweight it is- especially for hot yoga but the new ones just don't stack up.

Laurie is right - I think that model got perkier/fuller too. She modeled the flow y in black and white and unless they changed the coverage for the other colors, the bras definitely looked different (smaller/showing more cleavage) on her. Plus she got that semi-round edge/shape to her boobs which is not natural.

@JEK - I got the exact same order and had the same reaction! Stiff, tight, polyester-y WUC, and neon orange tank. Sad.

What is with the sizing in these pics...yikes! That frond CRB looks 2 sizes too small. These ladies have great bodies but the ill fitting clothes do not flatter!

Anon 4:38 I also wonder why the Swiftly tank is more expensive than the CRB! Fortunately, I do not like Swiftly tanks, as much as I do collect SS and LS. For tanks, CRB's are my favorite.

I got my order from last week as well. Obviously Fed Ex made it to the East Coast. Frond Energy bra feels the same as my currant and surge ones from past color runs. Def a keeper. The Still pants were a surprise. I ordered down one size, but was sure they'd still be a return with the length and all the varied reviews on fit. They fit great! I'm 5'6" and there is no way these have a 35" inseam. Maybe more like 32". In fact I don't see these being long enough for someone too much taller. Keeping these too. The only thing I'm a little disappointed about is the Free to Be tank. I've never ordered this before for some reason. I ordered Frond. Color and fit are fine but you can see the seaming in the breast cups directly through as well as the crumpled up inserts they sent along with it. The whole thing gives a very messy, non-smooth look to the breast area and it just looks sloppy. I could remove the cups but then it's headlights city with the luxtreme. Idk. I'm not sure I want to deal with the headache of their stupid two week return label. I saved all the packaging and I think I'll try some different cup inserts and play with it a little more before I decide what to do either way.
Oh! Almost forgot about the bleached coral swiftly tank that was online for 2 days and then disappeared. I like it. I love the color. The length doesn't bother me at all. Yes, it is definitely shorter, but I'm 5'6"--though definitely longer in my torso than my legs. I don't feel like it looks or feels cheap. It's a keeper too. Pretty happy with last week's purchases. Which is great since I'm buying nothing this week!

RE: the flow y convo - she may have had something done to the girls, but i agree there's at least an inch missing from that coverage. Which is fine ... unless you're actually doing flows in that bra. I used a (new) power y top in a flow yoga class last week & every time i did cobra or a back bend i felt like i needed to look down & make sure nothing came out.

aslo on new fits - anyone else think that the new G&C crops look like they fit really tight through the waistband on the models??

The dark skinned model is very tall you can tell when you compare what she is wearing with the other ladies.
Everything looks shorter on her. Don't know about the boob job.

I think the flow y is cut skimpier than before. They made the same change to the power y. Not a good thing, since you risk wardrobe malfunction every time it's worn.

Pretty sure that model has always had those boobs (real or not...) and its just the horrid re-design of the Flow Y that makes them hang out like that. The black/white pictures aren't pre-boob job, they're pre-re-design. Back when the straps were longer and the neckline higher and the fabric actually supported you...sigh. The Flow Y and Power Y may be two of things I'm most sad about lulu ruining - the cut is super-flattering to my shoulders and arms and I haven't purchased one since the Discovery Stripe last year around this time - I'm feeling in a rut with my rotation, but I refuse to cave and settle for the sub-par version.

If that model got the girls done she looks great!
But there is less material on the flow y. Compare the pic of the white one to the bleached coral. Where the straps meet the bust is way lower on the BC one... Way lower. The width of the material is definitely less.
I could never wear this style with my 34D, but I can wear the older cut before they changed it.
I'm thinking of altering the straps on my new power Y's so I don't reveal so much.

Ha ha! Yes...I'm thinking ill buy out all those outfits and wear them to teach my pre-k kids. I'm pretty sure they are the only age group that would appreciate that look : )

I have always noticed that models perkiness especially from the side and I would say that its the cut of the bra not her body that is making it cleavilicious.

My black Flow Y bra is much looser than my white Flow Y bra. Same size. Ugh.

Also, FYI, Lulu is bringing out longer length Swiftly tanks for the summer according to the staff at my local store. Yay!
